“If I could give 10 stars, I would. I'm not a cake person. Well, I wasn't until my nephew brought a cake from The Cake Bar to a family dinner and I couldn't stop talking about it! It was, by far, the most moist, flavorful enjoyable cake I'd eaten in years. I would never in one million years have expected it was all plant based! How does she do it?

I was wedding planning at the time and knew right then I wanted THAT cake as my wedding cake. Fast forward 10 months and Angie and her team delivered the perfect dessert bar for us! Their gluten free options are just as delicious as the rest. We were able to create a simple, colorful, elegant dessert bar that served options for most dietary restrictions - vegan and gluten free! Our reception was out in Westminster and Angie connected us with an Uber Driver Nick who frequently delivers to celebrations and customers who aren't close enough for same-day pickup.

We did a two tier cake with two flavors and 300 mini muffins (2 GF flavors, 4 regular flavors). We kept the top tier for us, sliced the bottom and served those slices along with the mini muffins. Our guests loved it all because they could try multiple flavors.

Angie was amazing to work with. Definitely go for a tasting to check it out - you get to pick your cake and your frosting flavors to taste!

“When I stopped by your shop, I felt very welcome! It was a little busy but a lot of selections for the bakery.. If you like Sweets the cakes are reasonably priced? Depending on how many people you are looking to host? I would recommend your business.....! A friend of mine used you before. I like the organization, with the candle and much more... “Besides their delicious cakes this store has AMAZING customer service. We ordered a cake to be delivered to a co worker, in the notes I asked IF the delivery person was comfortable they could sing her happy birthday. My co worker called me that morning and said the woman who delivered the cakes did just that, sang her happy birthday on her front step!! Since we weren't able to celebrate together because of quarantine this was such a sweet gesture. Will definitely order from them again and can't recommend them enough! :)“

“This is 4 stars so they know they need to get rid of online ordering lol they are so overwhelmed just making online orders... Then people are showing up to pick up and they weren't ready... Everyone in line just had to stand here... One lady spent the entire 30 minutes I was in line making one person's order. Definitely shut off online ordering during peak summer hours.. Ya killing ya employees and losing money for everyone that walked out.“

“5-stars for Kelli! We come to this location about once a month and never have any issues. We had an order this past weekend that missed an item that we had requested for substitution... Not a huge deal and I am not the person to complain for something so small.... Kelli took the time to personally email us about our experience, and when I mentioned the tiny error with our order, she went above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Will surely come back to this location for that alone. (For reference we live between here and belmar locations, so this definitely makes a difference for which direction we choose in the future)“

“i was pleasantly surprised with this cold stone! we went on saturday 10/25 evening, and it was pretty busy with only 2 young guys working but they were so nice and kept the energy high and had amazing customer service! ice cream great as always“

When my wife gave me what I ordered, she thought that the person who took her order misunderstood and gave her a bigger size in one of the cups. But we realized that it was the small cup inside the next size, so we were charged more than what we actually received. I went back inside to complain and the guy (not the same from before) refunded me more than $10; he gave me more than what we paid extra, which also felt weird.“
