After your telling the attendees if your issue, I was the first to stand up and make a comment. I told you as a College Professor, teaching Political Science, that I had used your situation and issue as a case study in my class when teaching them about SCOTUS. I spoke to you briefly when you finished and we took a picture with me. “Besides their delicious cakes this store has AMAZING customer service. We ordered a cake to be delivered to a co worker, in the notes I asked IF the delivery person was comfortable they could sing her happy birthday. My co worker called me that morning and said the woman who delivered the cakes did just that, sang her happy birthday on her front step!! Since we weren't able to celebrate together because of quarantine this was such a sweet gesture. Will definitely order from them again and can't recommend them enough! :)“

“When I stopped by your shop, I felt very welcome! It was a little busy but a lot of selections for the bakery.. If you like Sweets the cakes are reasonably priced? Depending on how many people you are looking to host? I would recommend your business.....! A friend of mine used you before. I like the organization, with the candle and much more... I would also suggest that people do a in store visit!!!! To make sure they have the right fit for the cake needed..................A lot of customers say good things about the biz! I“

“I had to emidiately write a review of this place. I've been to many cafes and going her for my first time; this place has a lively, clean environment.

The breakfast and the cupcake was amazing! The best sausage, egg biscuit I ever had and the cupcakes is worth the price. I dont live in Colorado but when I'm visiting again, I'll make sure to come back.“

“5-stars for Kelli! We come to this location about once a month and never have any issues. We had an order this past weekend that missed an item that we had requested for substitution... Not a huge deal and I am not the person to complain for something so small.... Kelli took the time to personally email us about our experience, and when I mentioned the tiny error with our order, she went above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Will surely come back to this location for that alone. (For reference we live between here and belmar locations, so this definitely makes a difference for which direction we choose in the future)“

“Matt was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience so much better. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving great customer service and making sure everyone leaves happy. The ice cream was delicious, but Matt definitely made the visit memorable! Cold Stone is lucky to have him! My boyfriend is a sea level executive at a major tech company. He told me he would hire him in two seconds. He takes care of my religious orders every single night of 4 pints of ice cream perfectly always he needs a he deserves a raise and promotion ASAP and I’m not kidding. “This is 4 stars so they know they need to get rid of online ordering lol they are so overwhelmed just making online orders... Then people are showing up to pick up and they weren't ready... Everyone in line just had to stand here... One lady spent the entire 30 minutes I was in line making one person's order. Definitely shut off online ordering during peak summer hours.. Ya killing ya employees and losing money for everyone that walked out.“

“The ice cream flavors were great as usual. Although something weird did happen. When my wife gave me what I ordered, she thought that the person who took her order misunderstood and gave her a bigger size in one of the cups. But we realized that it was the small cup inside the next size, so we were charged more than what we actually received. I went back inside to complain and the guy (not the same from before) refunded me more than $10; he gave me more than what we paid extra, which also felt weird.“
