“I recently wrote a bad review of an experience I had a few days ago at this establishment, and I have come back to share this new experience. The lovely owner reached out to me and listened to what I had to say, and they were nothing but kind to me. They asked me questions, apologized, and offered me a second try. I was given the chance to go again to get their ice cream, which was a triple pint (which I always get), for free! And let me tell you, it was redeemed. It was exactly what I wanted and more. I would highly recommend THIS coldstone over any others I've been to.I will keep coming back, not just because the ice cream and the service is wonderful, but also because the owner really does care about their customers. They said that it was meant for us and that we'd been BUNDT'ED. The card simply said: "This sweet treat is being sent with love!
