“Went in to pick up a cake ordered ahead of time. Service was efficient, and friendly. The cake was very good and served its purpose well as a gathering desert. The 4 for atmosphere is kinda weird, it's not really a place I'd rate the atmosphere on like a restaurant. Good idea for special occasions, glad to have a location in Loveland.“

The cheesecakes were incredible and I was so grateful for the gluten free options - I actually found their GF cake/cupcake options to be my favorite after a really fun, thoughtful tasting at their shop. “Service was great, the ice cream was great. Steph and Lily were awesome. Only reason for 4 stars is because it is so dang hot in there! It genuinely feels like it's 80 degrees, I don't know how those girls do it! They're absolutely troopers though. Management should definitely consider AC!“

“We have always had amazing service here. It’s one of the rare places that the young workers seem happy to be there. And everyone is always working hard. They always have greeted us, worked quickly, even in very long lines. We appreciate the employees here at this Cold Stone location very much. We ordered online this past Friday and when we got there our order was ready for us. Very prompt - even with a long line. We have always been impressed with this location, but that was above and beyond and prompted this review. We’re exited for the Windsor location! Thanks as always for great service.“
