The best pies in Fort Collins! I stopped in here for a last-minute Pi Day dessert, not knowing they had booked out weeks prior. The wonderful women working on Weds evening helped me fill my intense need for a fruit pie, despite it being 30 min from closing. Their cherry pie was a HUGE hit at my work meeting the next morning. Just sensational. This lovely shop has a great location, wonderful work space and AMAZING baked goods, along with a kind and sweet owner running the shop. I come here often for the coffee, and often leave with an unexpected treat! Hurry up and go try your new favorite bakery!!
