Enjoyed Pretzels with family
Good pretzel. I downloaded the app because a free pretzel was offered for T-mobile Tuesday. I pickled up the free pretzel. For downloading the app and creating an account, you get a free pretzel. The next week, was buy a pretzel, get a pretzel. Then the next 4 weeks was again, buy a pretzel, get a pretzel. During that time I had my birthday and got a free pretzel. Then buy the time the promotion was done, I had bought enough pretzels to get a reward pretzel. So I bought 5 pretzels...read full review

Auntie Anne's can be a hit or miss experience, but the staff's friendliness and nice customer service, particularly from Julie, stand out. The restaurant is clean and offers fresh pretzels. The employees are young, but they did amazing and are often polite and sweet, speaking both English and Spanish, which is appreciated by many customers. The pretzels are freshly made and the perfect combo of sweet and salty, and the establishment consistently provides very delicious food. Occasionally, there are issues with item availability, but overall, it has potential. Visitors often find the experience standard and easy, especially when staff like the lady working on late Sundays are very nice.
