“One of my favorite places in Greenwood Village. Several times I've picked up an assortment of pastries and they have always tasted amazing - favorites are the croissant aux amandes and the cruffin au fromage. Sandwiches are delicious, the Frappe au speculoos is to die for and same for the frappe noisette. Service is amazing and The atmosphere makes me want to stay all day.“
“Denise is AMAZING and this location is the best! Not only are the cookies fresh and delicious, as soon as you step into the store, Denise ensures a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. She cares about her customers and is generous in helping the community, specifically donating yummy cookies for Senior Hockey Night. THANK YOU Denise for helping to make this a memorable occasion!“
“Love, love, love! I LOVE the yummy baked good smells of this bakery and their sugar cookies and cinnamon swirl bread are delicious! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Joey, she is such a ray of sunshine and has great energy in serving her customers, GREAT customer service and yummy food too! :)“
“Love the store & many varieties of flavors they offer. This is my go-to business whenever I take dessert to my HOA, neighborhood & family get togethers. I order all the sizes they have to offer. There are some cool, hand made (I guess) cake toppings that really dress up the cakes, both medium & the larger size.I miss getting a tiny taste of new flavors, especially the flavor of the month. The last 4 times within 2 months that I picked up my call ahead orders, there were no samples.I wish a supply of forks could be ordered. The last many times within 2 months that I ordered the Bundt to enjoy asap I had to eat with a knife; I did it without cutting myself! Knives were available for the customers! With all this sad,I'm a big fan of this shop.“
“The croissants at this bakery are excellent. They are flaky but then buttery in the middle. They have a variety of other pastries and the service was top-notch. The person behind the counter was very friendly.Vegetarian options: Mostly meat free itemsParking: You need to find a spot on the street which is not always easy.Kid-friendliness: Great for the whole family.“
“Came in the other day to do some school work. It took a bit to get through the line, but the baristas were extremely friendly and welcoming. The iced latte with hazelnut was delicious, as was the ham croissant. The natural lighting in the room was perfect. And using headphones to dampen the sounds was just right. Will definitely have to come back.“
“Pastries are absolutely incredible, and beautifully prepared. Service is always kind, helpful, and wonderful. The presentation of both the food and the entire bakery in general is classy and beautiful, and the entire place just gives off an aura of class while still being affordable.“
“It might just be the best bakery I've ever been to. My group split a few pieces and we couldn't get over how well put together and tasty each piece was. Many of them are stuffed with chocolate or fruit and not only are the flavors well balanced but so are the pastries themselves. I never once felt like anything was going to just fall apart and create an unmanageable mess. Really lovely food.“
“I should have taken pictures but the food was yummy and I was hungry. I had the grilled pork bánh mì. DELICIOUSNESS! Baguette was crisp and soft, the pork was flavorful and the vegetables were fresh. Just enough spice. Had the Thai tea to wash it down. Lunch is done. I will return.“
“This place is horrible please don’t go there but if you do can you get me a curry bun and a matcha donut and the hot dog thing and the bacon thing. But yeah like I said STAY AWAY from here. The prices may be AMAZINGLY reasonable and the treats might be delicious but you’d probably hate it so go somewhere else thanks :-)“
“Visiting the vibrant Denver market was an experience to remember. The moment I stepped into the bustling Denver Central Market, I was greeted by an array of scents and sounds that promised a feast for the senses. With its eclectic mix of vendors, the market is a food lover's paradise, offering everything from handcrafted chocolates and artisan cheeses to fresh seafood and meats. One of the highlights of my visit was stopping by Izzio's Bakery. The bakery is a gem nestled within the market, known for its artisan breads and pastries. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the sweet aroma of freshly baked goods wafting through the air. I decided to indulge in a cinnamon roll from Izzio's, and it did not disappoint. The pastry was perfectly baked, with a soft, fluffy interior and a golden-brown exterior that was just the right amount of crispy. The cinnamon was not overpowering but instead added a subtle spice that complemented the sweetness of the roll. The bakery also offered a selection of beautifully crafted desserts. Although I didn't try them all, the display was enough to tell me that each item was made with care and attention to detail. The reviews I had read mentioned high-quality desserts and a good selection, though some noted the prices could be on the higher side¹. However, from what I tasted, it was worth every penny.Overall, my visit to the Denver market and Izzio's Bakery was delightful. It's a place where quality, variety, and atmosphere come together to create a memorable experience. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend taking the time to explore this culinary haven. And when you do, make sure to treat yourself to something from Izzio's Bakery – you won't regret it.“
“The store is bright and airy, the staff was very nice and helpful with suggestions on my visit. The grilled pork banh mi was fresh, crispy, crunchy, sweet, tart the whole gambit. I have to confess I ate the whole thing, so I got my sweets to go and haven't tried them yet. Oh I also had a flan Vietnamese iced coffee which has a flan at the bottom of the cup, coffee on top. It was very tasty, but a little chunky...maybe I should have eaten the flan at the end with a spoon instead of breaking it up with my straw? Either way, I'll be back!Parking: There is a lot behind the bakery that is for customers of the building. Also street parking in front.“
“BEST BEST BEST CROISSANT IN ALL THE LAND! Whether you're a sweet or savory croissant connoisseur, you'll find the right bite here. The pastries are made with such care and beauty that you almost feel bad diving into them. That thought leaves you quick, though. The moment your teeth sink into the crunchy layers: you're eyes will light up, dopamine will rush to your brain and you will want more and more! Luckily, I knew this would occur... so I ordered three croissants! Cinnamon Roll Croissant, Reuben Croissant and Almond Croissant. They were all more than impressive and won medals in our hearts: GOLD to the Reuben, SILVER to the Cinnamon Roll, BRONZE to the Almond. Truthfully, someone else could have placed these differently. They were all flawless and uber delicious!! Other great parts: The service is super friendly! There's plenty of spots to eat! The parking is easy! The line goes quick!“
“The food is delicious, the price is right, the staff is friendly and fast, and it's a wonderful place to sit for lunch. I got the lemongrass chicken bahn mi and it was perfection in everything you're looking for in a bahn mi. 100% will be “
“I wish there was a 6th star to give.Parking was tough but worth it. The patrons were all happy and after my experience I see why. The staff was helpful and friendly. We unfortunately had to get the coffee to go, but will back to enjoy the experience. Got spiced Turkish, I'm not a strong coffee person but it was amazing. Got and suggest the rose water to help keep up. The pastry we got were amazing. Almost ate the wrapping just for fun ?. I totally recommend going and will probably see you there ?“
“Thank you so much for the amazing order that you were able to put up for me yesterday - shashlik, lamb chops, rice, and adjika. Everything was very fresh and tasted great! everyone loved it, and I ended up having a great worry-free birthday party.“
“The best cookies!!! Nutella filled snickerdoodle, red velvet, the kitchen sink….and so many more. I’ve yet to try them all but I am working on it. Do yourself a favor and stop in. Cute little spot to bring the family for a quick cookie. Or order 12 dozen like we did for a party. They were a huge hit!!!“
“Admittedly, having a hot latte to go in a glass jar was a bit odd, but I got around to the idea. Smooth espressos, really delicious pastries with extensive variety. Can be quite busy on the weekends and the line goes out of the door because there isn't too much space inside to line up. Not knocking it against them of course, just be prepared in the summer as you will have to stand under the sun.“
“This is the best Cuban cuisine I've had the opportunity of trying. The pork chicharone is perfectly crisp, meaty and flavorful. The yellow vegetable rice was also better than almost rice and you should give it a try! The fried plantains were perfectly sweet & just the right amount of chew. I got a super sweet 4 leches dulce dessert and a flaky buttery coconut pastry. The cafe bakery here is huge. Every item looks freshly prepared and likely to delight.“
“I asked for a Pokémon cake for our son’s birthday, sent a few random things I liked, and picked up this AMAZING CAKE!! Exactly what we wanted and was SO WELL DONE. Aside from the deliciousness, it was cute as heck. Thrilled to find someone close to us that we now know can deliver quality. Thank you!“
“Discovering Daniel’s of Paris has been a delightful surprise, gracing Aurora with the elegance of a genuine French bakery. We are truly fortunate to have such an establishment in our midst. Each pastry is a work of art, as visually stunning as it is delicious, seemingly leaping straight out of the pages of a gourmet magazine. I had the pleasure of sampling the chocolate ganache and the Paris Brest, both of which were nothing short of spectacular. Daniel’s of Paris is, without a doubt, a culinary treasure!“
“I tried 3 pastries here and all were delicious! I had a raspberry croissant, chocolate almond croissant, and a parmesan leek pastry. They were pretty busy Saturday morning so it might be a struggle occasionally if you want to dine in. The woman at the counter was super friendly and helpful in helping me pick what to get.“
“Petunia is a neighborhood favorite with bakery classics, some made with a Mexican twist (spotlight on Birria croissant)! There’s a really delightful spread, everything from macarons and birthday cake to hearty sandwiches and Chilaquiles. It hits the spot and I hope the shop can continue to grow roots and become a local staple.“
“These guys actually have the best breakfast sandwiches in Littleton and maybe even all of Denver area. The egg is cooked perfectly, over easy but just a half cooked/little runny in the yoke. I personally like the sausage better than the bacon.“
“Love this place! As someone with celiac disease and several food allergies, i felt like i was in gluten-free heaven. So many good food options and sweet treat options that I went twice during my short trip. I met the owner (Gina) and she made me feel right at home. The Whoopie Pies are so good, I can’t wait to go back to Gina’s Kitchen!Dietary restrictions: All gluten free! Can accommodate anything! I told her what I was allergic to and she helped me find multiple safe options.“
“My sister in law and brother in law both have Celiac disease and it’s always a bummer that they have to miss out on bread. We first had Deby’s bread at the Melting Pot in Littleton and my entire family was amazed at how good it was. We recently moved to Georgia and the Melting Pot here carried a different bread that wasn’t as good. I messaged the Melting Pot in Littleton and asked what bread they carried, and they told me it was Deby’s. I contacted them about having some bread shipped to me and someone got back to me right away. They shipped my order the next day and it arrived 2 days later. This bread really is amazing. I heated one of the dinner rolls for 10 seconds in the microwave and put some butter just to taste test, and it was incredible. I’m so excited to serve this on Christmas!“
“This was my first time here and I could not have been more impressed! The lady at the counter gave me a very helpful run-through of all their pastries/sandwiches/drinks and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. I got the a açma, börek, and Turkish coffee, which were all delicious. Service was fast and staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try!“
“What is there NOT to love about this place?! The pastries are TOP notch, and the space is very cozy and feels very inviting and warm. It smells delicious ? in there too, so be prepared for your senses to pull you in every single direction… They also do cakes and more for occasions, so definitely ?? give them a think about if you’re looking for something ABSOLUTELY delicious and special for a loved one! I love this bakery and will absolutely be making this one of my go-to spots. I will know the owner well by the end of this year, is my goal! ?Parking: There are several businesses in this little strip center, and TLJ is on the end, so it’s often that there aren’t any spaces close by the door… but that didn’t stop me!Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant!“
“I tried four of this week's cookies today. My favorite was the buckeye brownie -- a chocolate cookie topped with peanut butter and chocolate. Everything about this cookie was perfect. I also loved the semi-sweet chocolate chunk. The caramel sheet cake wasn't quite caramel-y enough for my taste, and I think I'd prefer the cookies & cream milkshake at room temperature rather than cold.“
“If your are celiac or just Gluten free, this is your go to bakery. They have sweets but also to you can pre-order holiday meals. they have great Quiche and breakfast burritos that re-heat well. Also their selection of Italian Gluten free pasta is really great and has been a staple of our celiac family for several years.“
“This was my first time here, and I am so glad I came here. The place is instagram worthy and the sweets are so good. I took them out their box and took a few pics! The moment I took a bite, I blinked, and everything was gone. I even mistakenly ate a little bit of the fork thinking I still had cake on it Will come back 10/10“
“Under the Umbrella Cafe is one of my favorite neighborhood go-to places. Today, I had enough time before my commute to stop for a grab & go breakfast burrito/latte. They were so quick with my order that I ended up being earlier to work than expected, even though there was line in front of me. Not only to do I love this place for a quick weekday/weekend grab & go, but it's so good I take my guests & visitors here before a day at the museum or a hike. Their coffee & matcha are always delicious. Their eggs are so fluffy! As a vegetarian, I love the Sharon breakfast sando & the veggie breakfast burrito. The almond poppy seed muffin is another go-to! I'd give this place another star if I could. <3“
“So underrated. The food is higher quality and cheaper than Paris Baguette or Tous Les Jours. Not to mention the workers there are so kind.I asked about a year ago if they had red bean donuts and they told me they didn’t have it. I recently went and they had 4 different kinds - and they were the best I’ve had in the US! So excited to keep supporting this local business doing great things.“
“This place is a hidden gem! I had no idea there was a panaderia so close to me. Being from Texas, I missed the authentic Mexican bakeries we had around every corner and this definitely holds up. We got Conchas, empanadas, and candy. Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. The prices were insanely reasonable as well. We will come back often. Please try this place out. You will not be disappointed.“
“It’s all so very tasty! The multigrain pullman loaf maybe my singular flavorful thing they bake — it’s super flavorful, it’s well baked, it’s large. The savory & sweet pastries are not to be slept on either tho — the chocolate croissant are amazing, the danishes are fun, and morning buns are a delight.“
“I’ve been here a few times and have always had a great experience! I love the concept of just walking up to the window and ordering outside. They give my dog a treat every time we come, which is really nice. I definitely recommend the veggie breakfast burrito and the blueberry almond croissant. They have a nice variety of hot and cold drinks, and plenty of baked goods to choose from. Will definitely be back soon!“
“Great gourmet cookies. Recently had the PB&J, and even the chocoholics in my house agreed it was the best. I also like that it's a local business. Kinda dangerous, or divine intervention, now that they deliver through the delivery apps. PS this is a take out or delivery situation, not a sit down bakery.“
“Typical crumbl spot. The exception is they were very fast service which is great. Has to have been over 18 months since I last had crumbl, but they are a great occasional treat. These cookies are super large and very very sweet typicallyI really liked the cupcake cookie. I actually like it so much because it’s much less sweet than your typical crumbl fare.If I’m ever in the mood again, I’ll be back to this one!“
“To the Rebel bakers: I am your number one fan.I recently moved to Denver and was introduced to Rebel Bread at the Sunday Pearl Street Farmers Market. So happy to find out they also have a retail counter open Thursday-Saturday so I don't have to wait a week!I'm working my way through their fanstic menu, but so far the cinnamon roll has my heart. It's not a doughy cinnamon roll....more of a distant cousin of a croissant. Layers of buttery-flakey cinnamon sugared pastry dough. Nom!You can't make a bad choice. You could close your eyes, point at a pastry in the case, and be happy with whatever you go home with. All the retail staff are fantastic, but I've gotten the pleasure of getting to know Nikki and Annabelle and they are so delightful.“
“The bakery here is an absolute treasure in Wash Park. Everything I've had here is delicious, and I can't wait to try the rest of their buttery catalog. My only beef is that the baristas are a tad grumpy. Worth a frown for the galette, though!“
“Love the drinks here! So many combos to choose from and each one we tried was delicious. The owner was so nice and personable. We chatted with him for a while - and he even threw in a new drink for us to try (which was delicious) The crinkle cookie was my fav. Really lovely company and people!“
“Amazing macarons! We went in today for the first time and went back and forth on the 6 or 12 sleeve. We went with 6 but DEFINITELY should’ve gotten the 12! All the flavors we got were absolutely delicious. My favorites were the apple butter, bourbon buttercream, and the fig goat cheese and pear. We will definitely come back! ❤️ 100/10 would recommend!“
“Love the cakes, full of sugar and liberal tears. My latest cake included a themed version of beetle juice to celebrate the 6 month anniversary of Lauren's performance at DPAC! My obese wife and I ate so much cake that we passed out watching Fox News, only to have Judge Jeanine Pirro's squeals wake us up. Can't wait to return again! MAGA!!!“
“My birthday snuck up on me this year and I didn't plan on getting a cake for myself until the day of. I called ahead to see if they had any ready-made birthday cakes and they did. I was blown away by the quality of the cake I picked up, it was the best cake I've ever had!! It was so light and fluffy and beautifully decorated! I highly recommended YumYum Cakes!!“
“Wow found a new gem. Talk about the fluffiest and most flavorful sandwiches in Denver. As bonus every sandwich comes with a mini light cinnamon roll. I can't imagine how much better the roll could taste hot and fresh out the oven because it's so great as a side.Definitely recommend getting a sandwich in either a croissant or a ciabatta. We got the sausage and the sunny. Both did not disappoint.Chai tea was not too sweet and overall prices are decent here! Can't wait to come back to try out more things!“
“We order cookies for my daughter’s birthday every single year from this bakery (for the past 9 years), and we get rave reviews from her friends and their parents (we give the cookies to the parents and stick extras in the goody bags). The service is top notch, and they’ve always taken good care of us.Parking: Parking is very limited. It’s sometimes easier to park on a side street or nearby lot and walk.“
“This place is dangerous if you live a block away. The croissants are like nothing I’ve ever had. I really felt like I was in France while eating it this morning. Almost to the point I thought I should bust open a bottle of wine since it was probably 5 o’clock in Paris.“
“One of my favorite Vietnamese bakeries in the area. It truly is a hole in the wall type of place. It is very small with an equally small, slightly sketchy looking parking lot. The interior is a no frills or deco type of bakery and is all grab and go. They aren't as busy or offer as much items as their competitors, but I wouldn't write them off because of it. I'm happy to say that their deals on the sandwiches (buy 5 get 1 free) and the pate chaud or banh bao (buy 10 get 1 free) are still going strong. We ordered 2 sandwiches, 10 pate chaud and 1 banh bao for my son. Everything we had tasted delicious and the prices were decent in comparison to their competitors. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food. I did feel like my grilled pork sandwich could've used my meat in it, but that's my only complaint. I do prefer their pate chaud over most of the other bakeries in the area though. The flavor is just so much better.“
“For one the shop is beautiful, the staff were super friendly and accommodating to what we needed. We ordered a cake a few days ago for my birthday and it couldn't have been more perfect! They had a wide variety of desserts! We will be coming back, I definitely recommend this shop to everyone!♥️♥️“
“Wow, 5 stars for service & quality! It was our first time in yesterday and our sandwiches for lunch were taking a little longer than expected so the cashier gave us some mini cupcakes to try.Sandwiches ended up being worth the wait, and cupcakes were great as well. We’ll be back!“
