Visiting my friend in Denver she had heard about this place and tried to get their specialty pastries, but you have to show up early or they sell out. Located in a food hall, it has a neat ambience of seating and a carrier window. Coming on a Sunday morning before 10, There was a short line but we were able to get all that we wanted. Almost like hopping on a plane to Paris?I have tried croissants from around the world and these are some of the best of the best - hands down. Not only are the classics delicious and exquisitely traditional, but the fun takes are innovative and tasty. The sausage roll was sooo good. I cannot wait to try them all.
