The pastries were absolutely horrible. The batter mix was not thoroughly mixed and the oil used was old. The sales gimmick is being trendy. They were so bad I trashed most of what I bought. This is my second time trying to post. Why is my review not being published. Why are the stellar reviews old and well chosen? Google should have negative reviews because this place deserves it. It makes KS pastries 5 star. I feel thoroughly ripped off.

BEST BEST BEST CROISSANT IN ALL THE LAND! Whether you're a sweet or savory croissant connoisseur, you'll find the right bite here. The pastries are made with such care and beauty that you almost feel bad diving into them. That thought leaves you quick, though. The moment your teeth sink into the crunchy layers: you're eyes will light up, dopamine will rush to your brain and you will want more and more! Luckily, I knew this would occur... so I ordered three croissants! Cinnamon Roll Croissant, Reuben Croissant and Almond Croissant. They were all more than impressive and won medals in our hearts: GOLD to the Reuben, SILVER to the Cinnamon Roll, BRONZE to the Almond. Truthfully, someone else could have placed these differently. They were all flawless and uber delicious!! Other great parts: The service is super friendly! There's plenty of spots to eat! The parking is easy! The line goes quick!

Visiting my friend in Denver she had heard about this place and tried to get their specialty pastries, but you have to show up early or they sell out. Located in a food hall, it has a neat ambience of seating and a carrier window. Coming on a Sunday morning before 10, There was a short line but we were able to get all that we wanted. Being St. Patrick's Day we had to try the Reuben croissant which was amazing. But probably putting anything in a croissant is yummy. We also tried the pistachio croissant, but didn't have a strong pistachio flavor. Saving the strawberry yogurt, croissant, and UBE muffin/croissant for later.

Good...but so expensive. Recommend the coconut pandan cube croissant ($15). Cookies were $4 and just ok. Glad I tried but may not go back or else I'll go broke on baked goods.

Almost like hopping on a plane to Paris?I have tried croissants from around the world and these are some of the best of the best - hands down. Not only are the classics delicious and exquisitely traditional, but the fun takes are innovative and tasty. The sausage roll was sooo good. I cannot wait to try them all.

Excellent bakery and drinks. Service was fast and efficient. They were ready for the crowds(which they had). Everything looked good, ended up only trying the chocolate croissant and Nutella spaceship. One pastry is enough for a light breakfast. Crisp and excellent flavor. Chocolate is rich and prevalent in both pastries. The vanilla bean lemonade is very tart but I loved it. This place is a must try if you're in the Denver area.

This place is amazing. I was so excited when they finally got a real store front!! Whenever we go we usually get at least 6 pastries. How are you to choose just 1? The flavors are out of this world and I have yet to have anything bad from them. This is a place that needs to go on your list of places to visit, but get there just a little earlier on the weekends so you don’t have to wait in the super long line (because so many people love them).
