By far the best local bakery in Denver! Not only are their pastries and breads head and shoulders above the competition when it comes to quality of ingredients and quality of taste, but their team is equally as impressive! They just opened their new expanded location and it’s a haven for those who love food. Not to mention, the classes they now offer are top notch. What a wonderful experience! The facility is top notch- clean, well organized. Zach was my instructor… friendly, engaging, knowledgeable. The food we prepared was delicious with very fresh ingredients. I can’t wait to go home and make my own pasta!!! I will be taking many classes in the future…LOVE REBEL BAKERY🥰❤
Gage was great! This was a fun class! We went as a group of 6 to celebrate our friend’s 30th birthday, and we might have to come back for another class!

Rebel Bread is a top-notch bakery in Denver, a gem offering high-quality products and excellent customer service. Their loaves, such as the garlic ciabatta and Nonna G, are flaky on the outside and soft inside, with exceptional flavor. They also offer delicious croissants, a new fig and pink peppercorn sourdough, and an unmatched seeded sourdough. Everything they make, from pastries to classic loaves, is next-level delicious. The staff are amazing, so sweet, kind, and genuinely lovely people. Rebel Bread offers a great variety of pastries, like the Tiramisu Croissant Knot, and locally, freshly made bread. They also have a cozy cafe space with tons of seating and super efficient service. Rebel Bread is a must-visit destination for all bakery needs, including unique paninis and amazing croissants, sourdough, muffins, and scones. They also offer fabulous pie baking workshops and Focaccia classes with kind and helpful teachers.
