The Fox & The Raven Bakery by Corvus Coffee Roasters offers great coffee and great pastries with real ingredients and real butter. The monkey bread and chocolate cookie is always a good choice, and the blueberry croissants and cinnamon rolls are especially great. The single origin program and care with roasting is excellent. The coffee is delicious, and the staff are passionate and friendly. The space is bright, cozy, and clean, with a spacious interior and a large semi-covered seating area outside. A seasonal maple latte iced with oat milk is not too sweet, but perfectly balanced, and a Kyoto cold brew is smooth. Vegan milk alternatives and gluten-free sweet treats are available. This is a good place to enjoy fall vibes, meet up with friends, or get some work done.
