I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding the unprofessional and dismissive behavior of two India girl employees during my recent visit.

I had a great experience at Cinnabon! She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I placed my order. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude made my visit even better. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile, and she made the whole Cinnabon experience enjoyable.
