employee's replaced the cinnamon rolls with other pastries and were very kinda explaining why the phone did not ring. Besides that the food looks delicious. I will return next time in town.
update: the blueberry muffin wasn't included but that might be because a conversation started, either way food was amazing.

They have the absolute best gluten-free cinnamon bun. It does not even taste gluten free. I finished it before I had a chance to get a picture. Worth traveling to Denver for. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Ordered via Uber Eats while on a short trip to Aurora, because it was in the delivery range, and I wanted to see what the gfree, IG hype was about! On the positive side, the donut holes were incredible, as was the churro donut. On the less-positive side, the cherry fritter was mostly raw in the middle and I ordered a brioche roll that did not make it to me. Moore Cafe and Bakery is a very small, fully dedicated gluten-free bakery and cafe, largely a pick-up spot with very limited seating. The place accommodates about two parties ordering at a time, and lines definitely form, especially on busy weekend mornings. Many find value in ordering and paying ahead. The customer experience can be stressful, with congestion from people waiting both to order and for their food. The pick-up window is deep inside, making it hard to hear orders called, and people often crowd at the door. There is no place to chill and eat other than outside next to the street.
The food, however, receives incredible praise. It is hands down considered the best place for gluten-free donuts and bagels in the city. The donuts are consistently described as dense, spongy, soft, and fluffy—an impossible find in the gluten-free world. The bagels are flavorful, the ciabatta bread is delicious, and the cinnamon roll is excellent. The brioche roll for the breakfast sandwich is soft, chewy, and fluffy, and the breakfast sandwich itself is enjoyable. Specific items like The Honey Bee bagel sandwich and the Boston creme pie are mentioned. The lattes, both coffee and matcha, are also rated highly. You would never know the items are gluten-free. The staff are described as lovely and wonderful.
Despite the premium prices and long waits, the amazing food makes it worthwhile for many. However, the system for getting food to people needs work, sometimes leading to long waits and order mix-ups. The setup creates a miserable vibe for some, but the business is praised for truly caring about its community.
