Most of the food is good but service pacing is weird. Apps came out in less than 5 minutes but then pasta took another 30 minutes after that.The focaccia with prosciutto and straciatella is perfect. I'd go back just for that. The sweet potato croquettes were ok and the focaccia with black butter was nothing memorable. The charred spring salad was good though. The meaty mushrooms and onions were delightful.The squid ink cavatelli was a big hit but my rigatoni was too all dente....read full review
Dio Mio was a good experience. Fast casual, you are seated and then walk to the bar for ordering food and drink service. We had four appetizers and a pasta dish during their happy hour. The artichokes and fritters were delicious. The prosciutto was good. The mushrooms were in a delicious sauce but wouldn't recommend them since they didn't taste right. The cocktails were delicious. The service was punctual, kind and helpful. Would recommend.
