“Awesome food with energetic vibe. The tomato tart dish was excellent. The scallops and beef dishes were cooked perfectly. Overall great. None of the dishes were too heavy so we were able to enjoy dessert. The sorbet complimented the meal nicely. Perfect for a night on the town.“

“Forest Room 5 is, to me, like browsing a nostalgic, 80’s themed museum or time capsule at 3:33 AM. It has such a calm and inviting atmosphere for such an eclectic and somewhat bizarre setting. It is a vaporwave connoisseur’s ultimate dream- old objects your parents or grandparents might have had lying around when you were a kid, old documentaries and music, coupled with the pastoral vibes of a forest you might have visited long ago, or have fond memories about growing up. The vending machine is an eclectic goody bag of random objects with somewhat sentimental quality. It’s as though they plucked random memories from my subconscious mind and sold them to me. The bathrooms are some of the most calming rooms in the whole bar, with spacey visuals and reverb-tinged music filling the space with nostalgia and comfort. Forest Room 5 is an absolute gem in a city famous for its avant-garde establishments and attractions. PLEASE check them out. All of the staff were very kind, the drinks were creative and enjoyable, and the food is delicious.“

“Wow! What a place! I was there on a Tuesday which has promotions as does Wednesday. Reservations recommended. Upon arrival the staff is easy going professional friendly and fast, but letting you enjoy everything. Perfect timing. The menu is ample, every single tapa I had was fantastic. Easy street paid parking or paid parking lot available. Ambiance is awesome. Great drinks too. I loved my experience here.“

“Small, simple family setup serving authentic Chinese dumplings and bowls of noodles. Tried the dumpling sampler with mixed results. The pork dumplings are for sure good. Also enjoyed the meat in the beef noodle bowl, as well as the wontons in the wonton bowl. Both broths were tasty and nourishing. Egg noodles were just ok though. Worth a try!“

“This place is phenomenal. The cocktails were so delicious, unique, and inventive. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the ambience is really cool. If you’re in the neighborhood, this is a can’t miss. I had two distinctly different cocktails
And they both complemented each other. Things I wouldn’t get anywhere else. You can tell everything is done with intention.

“My wife and I went to Corsica for our anniversary dinner. After having a bad experience elsewhere in Denver we were looking for a little redemption night. I called and spoke with a manager named Lindsey who was empathetic to our other experience and assured me we would be taken care of. They more than delivered on that promise. Corsica has extremely friendly and attentive staff without being over bearing. Everyone had wonderful, personal recommendations for food and drink and created a warm environment for our night. We will 1000% be coming back and recommend Corsica for any and all occasions!“

“We stopped in for drinks after completing an escape room. The bartender was super cool. He made us aware of the closing time being 11. We stayed for a couple and left it’s definitely a great feel there. It made me want to get our next room at Aloft.“
