“Major Tom is one of my favorite spots in Denver. The staff is incredible, and the cocktails are inventive, thoughtful, and seriously delicious. They even have a mezcal cocktail that I’m obsessed with—and I absolutely hate mezcal. That’s the magic of Major Tom: somehow they can change your mind.

And DO NOT skip the chickpea fritters. I don’t know what kind of black magic is happening in that kitchen, but they are sooo good.

I also love their occasional pop-ups. It’s always fun to see talented chefs collaborate and bring something new to the space. Great drinks, great food, great people, and always a reason to come back.“

My gripe with this location: No sugar free drinks... Prices are high even for an airport. The menu feels like it may be designed for like larger groups, or groups of 4. Got the chili. It was ok for an airport.“

“Forest Room 5 is, to me, like browsing a nostalgic, 80’s themed museum or time capsule at 3:33 AM. It has such a calm and inviting atmosphere for such an eclectic and somewhat bizarre setting. It is a vaporwave connoisseur’s ultimate dream- old objects your parents or grandparents might have had lying around when you were a kid, old documentaries and music, coupled with the pastoral vibes of a forest you might have visited long ago, or have fond memories about growing up. The vending machine is an eclectic goody bag of random objects with somewhat sentimental quality. It’s as though they plucked random memories from my subconscious mind and sold them to me. The bathrooms are some of the most calming rooms in the whole bar, with spacey visuals and reverb-tinged music filling the space with nostalgia and comfort. Forest Room 5 is an absolute gem in a city famous for its avant-garde establishments and attractions. PLEASE check them out. All of the staff were very kind, the drinks were creative and enjoyable, and the food is delicious.“

“Small, simple family setup serving authentic Chinese dumplings and bowls of noodles. Tried the dumpling sampler with mixed results. The pork dumplings are for sure good. Also enjoyed the meat in the beef noodle bowl, as well as the wontons in the wonton bowl. Both broths were tasty and nourishing. Egg noodles were just ok though. Worth a try!“

“I've been to tapas restaurants that were considerably more amazing / delicious; food was fine but I expected better for some reason. This restaurant is not going to be winning any major foodie awards, but our service was great and it had kind of a medium-fancy but comfortable atmosphere.“

“We came here after anniversary dinner for a nightcap and had a great time. We ordered the old fashioneds and highball flights and our server, Errol, was extremely helpful in explaining each. This was a great date night stop and we’re so glad we came! The drinks were amazing!!“

“I finally found the pho i’ve been looking for. Recently moving to the area, it’s been challenging to find. I prefer northern style pho with a rich, clear beef broth and this was perfection. The broth was flavorful, the noodles were thin and the correct amount of chewy. They also serve thinly sliced rare eye beef, which is also my favorite. I also don’t really like sweet pho, so I enjoyed that the broth was more savory. The house pho was so delicious, and I will be coming back.“

“My wife and I went to Corsica for our anniversary dinner. After having a bad experience elsewhere in Denver we were looking for a little redemption night. I called and spoke with a manager named Lindsey who was empathetic to our other experience and assured me we would be taken care of. They more than delivered on that promise. Corsica has extremely friendly and attentive staff without being over bearing. Everyone had wonderful, personal recommendations for food and drink and created a warm environment for our night. We will 1000% be coming back and recommend Corsica for any and all occasions!“

“My friend and I enjoyed a delicious dinner, which included the tortilla soup, chicken quesadilla, salmon with risotto, and cheesecake for dessert. We also had wonderful service, especially by Brian, who took great care of us. We highly recommend it!“
