My wife and I went to Corsica for our anniversary dinner. After having a bad experience elsewhere in Denver we were looking for a little redemption night. I called and spoke with a manager named Lindsey who was empathetic to our other experience and assured me we would be taken care of. They more than delivered on that promise. Corsica Wine Bar offers an exceptional dining experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The menu features a range of delicious dishes, bursting with flavor. They have plenty of wines to choose from as well as a host of dishes from snacks to medium sized plates. The food, ambiance, and service were top notch. The menu is a good mix of meat options and vegetarian options, and they were happy to support a vegan by tweaking recipes. The restaurant was loud and busy, with low lighting giving a romantic and intimate atmosphere. The Broccoli Caesar Salad is a must-have and the bolognese was a standout. The crème brûlée and the mini donuts are perfect for dessert. The overall atmosphere is inviting and the staff is incredible.
