“The whole experience was 5 star from start to finish. The servers were friendly and because it was my first time, helpful with suggestions. I ordered the Chicken Katsu. Off the charts flavor. I wanted to lick the plate good. The ambiance is quiet, the decor is modern and it wasn't so noisy that you couldn't hear your party talking. Impressed!!!!“
“My daughter graduated college with an English major. I asked Megan if she could make a "book cake" with a latte on the side, and a green book worm. What Megan (and her crew) did was so amazing I started to cry. when my daughter saw it, she couldn't believe it was all cake! it was stunning, amazing, beautiful, and the taste was delicious! Everyone at the party was in AWE of the beauty. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company to all!!! P.S. I gave Megan a 2 month notice, and I know she appreciated it!“
“First time in the establishment. The lady who took my order was friendly and eager to help. She greeted me with a smile and answered my questions. She was great!!! The ice cream was excellent and the facility was clean and very feng shui!!!!“
“Just re-opened as a family-owned business 3 weeks ago. I've eaten there twice and the food is great and the staff, who are also the family that owns it, are super courteous hosts! Glad to have a top notch sushi restaurant back in Castle Rock again! Definitely recommend!“
“As lucky as you can get during Restaurant Week, we were seated by the owner Kim and really lucked out with our server Sam. Kim was so gracious as she told us about how we could order. When Sam came to take our order she helped us select the right delicious dishes for our dinner. The restaurant itself is modernized Old City Castlerock and is really cool. It has been serving up awesome dishes for 19 years. The Denver Restaurant Week menu is fantastic with your choice of 3 appetizers, 4 main course delights and last but NOT least 5 dessert choices. When it’s not restaurant week the menu selections multiply not to mention the beverages, for instance they offer you a choice of many different vodka, gin and rum drinks not to mention wine and beer and nonalcoholic selections to choose from. Simply put, The Union has everything you would want to feast on and the portions and service will be everything you could possibly hope for.Next time you’re looking for a fantastic dining experience come to The UNION Bistro, you’ll be glad you did.Parking: There is plenty of parking but when you first arrive you might think it’s crowded. Just look you find a perfect parking space.“
“A great place to go for all kinds of different burgers and milkshakes. A little pricey but worth every penny. Recently visited for the first time and had a great experience. Strawberry cheesecake and brownie milkshakes were so yummy. Can't wait to visit again.“
“Love their coffee!! - Delicious! Always stop here when in the area. One place that carries my annual favorite Yirgacheffe!Dietary restrictions: They have many options to accommodate any restrictions someone may have. They will offer solutions if you notify them of your specific needs.“
“The cakes here are so delicious! There's plenty of flavors to choose from, everyone can find one they like! They make the best gifts for every occasion. The cakes are so light and moist which compliments the frosting which is thick and rich. Another important part of this review is the amazing staff they have here! I've been in a few times now and each time I have been met with the kindest staff members who truly go above and beyond! Highly recommend!“
“The Bundt Shop in Castle Pines is our go to for so many events. We just bought their bitty bundts as a gift for Valentine’s Day. The staff is exceptionally friendly, their little gift shop has good finds and of course, the Bundt Cakes and frosting can’t be beat. The moistness of the cake and homemade “grandma” recipe frosting melts in your mouth. If you’ve never had one, it’s a MUST TRY! We are thrilled to have this business in our neighborhood! ❤️Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options“
“Random Tuesday evening got a table right away. Bacon Blues salad was great! Plenty of bacon. Wings with their House smoke and spice sauce, we should have got the 10 count. The sauce is amazing! 4H pizza you won’t be disappointed. If Brecklynd is your server you are in luck! Also should add, my wife is gluten free and their crust is amazing!Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza is amazing and I’m not even vegetarianDietary restrictions: Great gluten free crust!“
“Wonderful breakfast, brunch & lunch spot! Loved sitting in old church pews. We had the mimosa flight, which was a large amount of champagne ?Pancakes were amazing! All of our food was terrific. It’s crowded—come early or later before closing. Highly recommend ✅“
“Hailey and Jacob were the epitome of excellence! It was just a couple minutes before closing on Easter. My son and I were very hungry after lots of hard manual labor that day.Their customer service was superb. Hailey and Jacob greeted us as if it were the middle of dinner time, not moments from closing and about to go home time. They were patient, friendly, and accommodating.“
“We have been trying coffee shops all over Colorado since last summer. Honestly, I don’t quite recall how the coffee was as I forgot to do my review right away as I usually do but the shop was pretty cool and unique and we really enjoy that. We’ll have to go back so I remember the coffee and to get some food.“
“Stopped in this place for brunch while traveling. SOOO GOOD! The cinnamon roll....holy hell, top 3 I ever had (and I love cinnamon rolls) Service was top notch, atmosphere ? very cute and quaint old building. Highly recommend and will be back whenever I am in this area.We sat at the bar, I didnt catch the ladies name, but was so helpful and just cool!!! ;)“
“Grabbed a large ice mocha half sweet with 2% milk. Was well made and helped beat the heat! Service was quick and pleasant. They have a few different chiller options and non caffeine options as well - like a beet latte. Also have a matcha latte which looked pretty tempting.“
“My family and I have been coming to Pho 777 since we first moved to Castle Rock quite a few years ago. All of the Pho ingredients are always fresh, the sprouts always crisp, jalapeños are extra spicy and the broth is always piping hot. Their spring rolls are great and they also have a kids menu for picky eaters if you’re worried. We will be coming here for years to come, this is by far one of the best Pho places in Colorado. The staff here are amazing and very friendly.Vegetarian options: Most pho bases are beef at Pho 777 they have a delicious vegetarian pho broth I also highly recommend!Wheelchair accessibility: There is not much handicap parking, as far as being accessible inside the restaurant is very compact/intimate and I personally wouldn’t feel confident that there is enough room to maneuver.“
“Wonderful food with spectacular service and a nice atmosphere as well. I'm honestly not a beer fan so microbrews don't appeal to me but they have a full bar and that green chili stew was amazing. The bubba burger was really good too but be warned, these are normal sized burgers (large, as they should be) so you may not want to do a double. It was a lot of meat but so freaking good. If you're in the area and especially if your staying at one of the local hotels, I highly recommend this place.“
“Our family visits No Cow weekly! We most love the variety of food, the texture of the breads (lat's be honest-its hard to get GF and GF food to taste AND feel good, but No Cow does it!) and the most friendly customer service. Management is almost always present and greets us in a genuine and personal way.Whether you live in Castle Rock or are just visiting, this is the bakery to visit, even if you do not have any dietary restrictions! One of our family members who is not gluten-free has said that No Cow has the best cinnamon roll in the town.“
