Very happy with the reopening of sushi castle! Everything was amazing, so glad you’re back!
Just re-opened as a family-owned business 3 weeks ago. I've eaten there twice and the food is great and the staff, who are also the family that owns it, are super courteous hosts! Glad to have a top notch sushi restaurant back in Castle Rock again! Definitely recommend!
So delicious and very fresh!! We had the Combination Fried Rice, Super Crunchy Roll (5pcs), and Shrimp Tempura Roll .
