“We go here so often that the amazing and incredibly friendly staff know us by name. Best sushi in 30-miles hands down. Their Thai menu is also outstanding…then their Chinese menu is great too!! The restaurant is immaculate and love the decor that they continue to add. We are SOO happy that Ito came to Castle Rock!! Our favorite dishes are beef drunken noodles, Panang chicken, and then all things sushi.“

“Absolutely OUTSTANDING! Hands-down, the best sushi experience I've had in recent memory (including over some pretty fancy Omasaki sushi experiences in Cherry Creek and the Highlands, and dare I say even better than Izakaya/Sushi Den and a recent visit to Sushi Samba in Vegas). Granted, we only had rolls at Izumi last night due to being in with a large group for a birthday celebration, but I cannot wait to come back and try some of their hand roll and nigiri sushi options.

We did not have a single thing we didn't like last night, although the standouts for us were the Hamari Truffle appetizer, the Castle Rock Roll (and I'm not usually a scallop gal), the Sunshine Roll, and the Double Tuna roll. I'm also not usually a Spider Roll kinda gal, but their Spider Roll is easily the best I've ever had.

If you haven't stopped in yet, this place is a must visit! And for sushi, it's incredibly well priced. For 6 of us with drinks (including a bottle of wine for 2 people, and the rest of us each had two drinks), the total was $500, including a generous tip for our wonderful waiter Vicky, because her birthday is today (Happy birthday, Vicky!!) The quantity of food and drinks we ordered easily would have been an $800-$900 meal at comparable Colorado sushi establishments. We can't wait to go back to Izumi!!“

“Such a gem of a restaurant! The korean lady serving us was so sweet. We had questions regarding our dietary restrictions and she was so patient with us and explained everything thoroughly.
We like to avoid mirin/sake and cross contact with meat when eating sushi and she explained that they only use vinegar to season their rice and their meat and fish stations completely separate. 10/10 just for that!

1.Spicy tuna rolls- 10/10
2.Castle pines rolls- 10/10, this was so good!
If you are living in this area you must visit them or, like us, if you are just driving through Colorado on your way to see garden of the gods or something like that, you better stop and try it out!

Been going for almost a decade and always have a great meal. The staff is amazing. It has become a tradition that anytime we have friends or family visiting we take them here for at least one meal ans in 10 years, weve never missed a trip.“

“I had gotten to the store 2 minutes before they were open and was surprised to be greeted at the counter already! My food came out super quick and was very very tasty! Price is about equal to anywhere else but the quality of the broth is perfect!“
