“Such a gem of a restaurant! The korean lady serving us was so sweet. We had questions regarding our dietary restrictions and she was so patient with us and explained everything thoroughly.
We like to avoid mirin/sake and cross contact with meat when eating sushi and she explained that they only use vinegar to season their rice and their meat and fish stations completely separate. 10/10 just for that!
We ordered-
1.Spicy tuna rolls- 10/10
2.Castle pines rolls- 10/10, this was so good!
If you are living in this area you must visit them or, like us, if you are just driving through Colorado on your way to see garden of the gods or something like that, you better stop and try it out!

“This is our go-to spot for sushi and teriyaki.
Been going for almost a decade and always have a great meal. The staff is amazing. It has become a tradition that anytime we have friends or family visiting we take them here for at least one meal ans in 10 years, weve never missed a trip.“
“Ok, so it’s located inside a grocery store. But in a pinch, it’s fast, fresh, great value for the money and on the go schedules. We set out our selections at home and were very impressed with the quality and flavor as our expectations were greatly exceeded. I’m confident enough to repeat our decisions often going forward.“
