Everything is made to order, so some rolls may take longer to be served than others. Keep this in mind - because I’ve seen other customers complain when the food doesn’t all come out at once. “We got Spicy Tatsu and Tan Tan Ramen, gyoza, and a California Roll. The Tatsu is exceptional and I guzzled about all of the broth down. It has chasu (pork belly) and chicken, bamboo strips, marinated egg, bok choy, and seaweed. The Tan Tan has a spicy peanut broth with ground chicken. We’ve had the Tonkatsu and Miso on other occasions and I recall liking all of them. The restaurant is pleasant and staff is attentive and kind. They often have sporting events on their three TVs, so we got to watch some World Cup this evening, which was great.“

We ordered a variety of items and they were all delicious - Black Dragon, Korean kimchi fried rice, and Tonkatsu ramen. Even the salad was good and had high quality greens instead of plain lettuce. “Such a gem of a restaurant! The korean lady serving us was so sweet. We had questions regarding our dietary restrictions and she was so patient with us and explained everything thoroughly.
We like to avoid mirin/sake and cross contact with meat when eating sushi and she explained that they only use vinegar to season their rice and their meat and fish stations completely separate. 10/10 just for that!

2.Castle pines rolls- 10/10, this was so good!
If you are living in this area you must visit them or, like us, if you are just driving through Colorado on your way to see garden of the gods or something like that, you better stop and try it out!

“To start I just want to say I rarely ever write reviews for anything. However the food is so good here I regularly tell all my friends. Currently This is a bit of an undiscovered gem. We have been here a number of times now and every time the food is super fresh and delicious. There are so many creative and different rolls than you would find elsewhere. It easily rivals other more well known sushi restaurants but with a much more laid back atmosphere. The staff is great at making suggestions and I don’t hesitate to try all kinds of new things every time I come. Be sure to check it out!!“
