The atmosphere is solid, creating a nice environment for guests. Friendly sushi chefs contribute to the overall fantastic experience. The nigiri was amazing, and the miso soup was not too salty. The gyozas had lots of flavor and were not overcooked. The chef even sent out a couple of custom specials on the house. The young yellowtail is recommended, as it is light, fluffy, and full of flavor. The service was on point, with staff being attentive and friendly, making guests feel welcomed and appreciated. Many guests enjoy coming back, with some visiting about two times a week. Drinks are good and strong, and the prices remain very reasonable. The "white tuna" offered is escolar. Some reviews mention the rolls as being a bit rice-heavy but still creative and flavorful. Overall, Fuyu Sushi is a favorite sushi place for many, with fresh and delicious offerings like the Hawaiian roll and mussels. Great atmosphere and good music enhance the dining experience.
