“This place is my wife and I's new favorite place. Went in yesterday, the food was absolutely fantastic, the service was impeccable. Read through all reviews less than 5 stars, and I can say I can't understand why they would review that low. The chef is a mater of his craft. And the cashier was super welcoming and personable. Will be going back many times. Please keep doing what your doing a long time to come. We really appreciate it.“

Our waitress always takes such wonderful care of my wife and me, and she’s just as attentive and welcoming when our extended family comes in—whether we’re dining together or separately. “With a much needed snow day and nice crisp temps a bowl of tonkotsu ramen was in order. Asuka delivered! Nice rich broth and delicious noodles. Service was great and the flavors were all there. The broth was nice and hot and savory with all the right accoutrements. Solid meal here! I will be back! Come and enjoy.“

“The closest to authentic ramen you will find in Colorado. I lived in Japan for many years, and this is the closest to even the experience. It is not 100% like real Japanese ramen, but it’s closer than most “Japanese” restaurants in the Colorado. Definitely give it a try if you find yourself in the area and are craving ramen.“

“First time hitting this restaurant. We wanted hibachi but our regular place was closed. The food was amazing. Big portions, high quality meat, great flavor. Reasonably priced too. Very nice staff. My only word of caution is this is definitely a take out place - no ambience and not really any space to dine in. But order to go or delivery and you won't be disappointed!“

“My husband and I were craving a warm and delicious pho. Umami sushi and pho, a brand-new establishment in town, exceeded our expectations from the moment we entered. The aroma of delectable and fresh food was exceptional. We ordered a couple of pho and the broth's flavor was intensely delicious and warming. The fresh vegetables tasted remarkably fresh. The entire venue was nice and neat, and the staff were very friendly, making us feel at home. We will definitely return soon, eager to try their sushi. I highly recommend stopping by for succulent pho and sushi. Umami Sushi bar and Pho es Nuevo aquí en Aurora, fuimos por primera vez y pasó la prueba del sabor. El caldo tenía mucho sabor y sustancia. El sabor lo fué todo. La atención fue magnífica, los dueños y todos los meseros siempre fueron muy amigables, atentos y serviciales con nosotros todo el tiempo que estuvimos ahí. El restaurante estaba muy limpio, ordenado y cada cosa en su lugar. Los baños estaban muy higiénicos y todo era nuevo en ese lugar. “My wife, my son and I had dinner and it was great! We ordered Sushi Rolls, Vegan fried noodles, Kung Pao Shrimp and Hot & Sour Soup. The service was excellent because the waiter and the waitress keeps coming to check on us and ask if everything is okay. We were very impressed and to top it off, we met the owner - she was polite, smiling and very friendly. She asked us if everything was okay with our food. We would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone that likes Asian cuisine.“
