My husband and I were craving a warm and delicious pho. Umami sushi and pho, a brand-new establishment in town, exceeded our expectations from the moment we entered. The aroma of delectable and fresh food was exceptional. We ordered a couple of pho and the broth's flavor was intensely delicious and warming. The fresh vegetables tasted remarkably fresh. This place converted me to loving sushi. Service was friendly and made great recommendations, but a little inconsistent. Pho was good as well.
Oh man, let me just tell you that yhe sushi was so freaking good. We had Vegas and Bombay rolls. DELICIOUS 😋 and very fresh quality. I also had the rare steak pho and some spring rolls. The dont serve the pho with bean sprouts but it has tons of great flavor.. Maybe have to request. Service was a little slow.
