“Absolutely fantastic! I loved the decor, the perfect lighting and live plants and quiet music for a casual night out, felt perfectly homey. The food was incredible- we got the crispy egg rolls, pho and the spicy beef soup, as well as the house ginger ale. Everything was fresh, rich and generous- this isn’t even counting the 2 orders of dumplings on the house! The soups especially were so flavorful and rich and collagen, with the tenderest beef I’ve ever had in a soup. I also want to call out the unique and fantastic texture of the rice wrapper egg rolls, and the delicious accompanying sauce. The housemade ginger ale is to die for- fresh citrus and ginger AND refills? Yes please! Finally the service- even discounting the refills and the complementary dumplings, the service was the best I can recall having. Every staff member seemed like they felt genuinely proud of the food and the restaurant (rightfully so), and immediately treated us like we belonged. We are definitely looking forward to going back. Very very reasonably priced as well.“

“Over the past year, we have been frequenting this establishment and we have consistently been impressed with their service. Our preferred dishes are the rear steak pho and the egg rolls. And we always have one of their delicious bobas before we head out.“

“First time for me, I like the atmosphere of dining area and cleanliness throughout, with fast and courteous services but needs improvement of food in general, meaning food wasn't that tasty how it was made, I had the famous Vietnamese Phở but it doesn't have enough aroma how it should have. My partner she had the special combination noodle bowl and noodles was very dry.. too dry and wasn't that appealing at all, need much more improvement from their kitchen.“

Fri-sat is even better with the rotating special menu... bun bo hue, bun cha ha noi, banh cuon and banh canh to name a few. This a such a good family restaurant to support.“

“My husband and I were craving a warm and delicious pho. Umami sushi and pho, a brand-new establishment in town, exceeded our expectations from the moment we entered. The aroma of delectable and fresh food was exceptional. We ordered a couple of pho and the broth's flavor was intensely delicious and warming. The fresh vegetables tasted remarkably fresh. The entire venue was nice and neat, and the staff were very friendly, making us feel at home. We will definitely return soon, eager to try their sushi. I highly recommend stopping by for succulent pho and sushi. Umami Sushi bar and Pho es Nuevo aquí en Aurora, fuimos por primera vez y pasó la prueba del sabor. El caldo tenía mucho sabor y sustancia. El sabor lo fué todo. La atención fue magnífica, los dueños y todos los meseros siempre fueron muy amigables, atentos y serviciales con nosotros todo el tiempo que estuvimos ahí. El restaurante estaba muy limpio, ordenado y cada cosa en su lugar. Los baños estaban muy higiénicos y todo era nuevo en ese lugar. Totalmente recomiendo èste restaurante si quieres probar uno de los más ricos pho que existen en Aurora. Definitivamente regresaré por el sushi.“
