“Beef short rib pho was just the best. Pork eggrolls are amazing to start with. Love the atmosphere inside and service is the best. Very friendly owner and all of the staffs know what they are doing. Always busy with take outs but doesn't interfer with people dine in. I will definately come back next time visiting Colorado for a business trip.“

“Normally, when I eat out, I finish half the meal and box the rest for lunch the next day. At Indochine Cuisine, I fully expected to do the same. Instead, I kept eating until the plate was empty and walked out without a box. The food was that good. Fresh, flavorful, balanced, and satisfying in a way that kept pulling me back for another bite. Enough said.“
