“Loved this small restaurant! Located in a strip mall where you (I) wouldn’t expect a fully vegan restaurant. My spring rolls (with meatballs - sounds weird but was delicious) and vermicelli bowl were so good. They have a wide variety of proteins and mock meats to choose from and gf options were clearly marked. Great service and lovely atmosphere.“

“Tried the hot stone pho with the noodles and meat on the side (#21) and it was orgasmic. Best restaurant pho I’ve had in a long time. The rib bone was perfect. Oxtail could’ve been simmered for a little longer, but still good. The best part is the broth staying hot for the entire meal. Overall, I loved it. I usually don’t post reviews, but I wanted to give them praise. Good service, too. You can even see them grilling the onions and ginger for the broth behind the counter. The old guy said he simmered the bones for 18 hrs.“

“Really good! The servers are kind but often times seem swamped. Sometimes only one person is servicing the entire restaurant. Their beef spring rolls are immaculate and their pho is aromatic w/ the noodles having a nice chew, and the sprouts are always fresh!! My personal favorite is the lemongrass chicken noodle bowl! Arguably the best pho restaurant in Boulder.“

“After visiting Vietnam, Boulder Pho’s Spicy Beef Noodle Soup is the only place in Boulder that actually takes me back sitting in the streets of Ho Chi Minh City. Authentic flavor, don’t listen to the closed minded reviews. If you want real and DELICIOUS Pho, come here. I always DoorDash from here when I’m sick and their soups literally heal me as I take a bite. Their boba is pretty elite too and packaged so cutely. ILY Boulder Pho!!!“

“There are places that placed the priority on the atmosphere to the detriment of the food being served. May Wah has consistently delivered great food, lots of choice, in the neighborhood for as long as I can remember. Don't get me wrong: the atmosphere is most agreeable...(they have a round table with lazy Susan for instance) but the star of this show are the menu choices. I recommend you give them a try!“

“I ordered the Chicken Banh mi and the seasoning was very on point. Delicious and flavorful. I chatted with the lovely couple that run this place. I think this place deserve a higher rating. You are here to experience Vietnamese food from this lovely vietnamese couple so don't let the service distract you (assuming you are here for the food). Just eat.

Edit: I asked the couple wondering there is Pate inside the Banh Mi, there is none, btw (I am sad). Also, they mentioned that they used to do that but yall's (non Vnmese) tastebud cannot handle it. I honestly thing people should continue asking them about Pate because I do think Pate pair extremely well with Banh Mi because that is what we usually put in in Vietnam.“

“Boulder Pho in Longmont was an incredible dinner stop and one of the most enjoyable meals we had during our visit. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient, allowing us to settle in and enjoy the food without a long wait.

What We Tried:

• Rare Steak & Beef Ball Pho – This was the standout dish of the evening. The broth was rich and flavorful, not watered down like some pho can be. It had a wonderful depth of flavor with just the right balance of warmth and seasoning, making each spoonful feel like a comforting hug. The fresh Thai basil added a bright, aromatic element that elevated the entire bowl. Even the small size was a generous portion—more than I could finish.

• Cashew Chicken – Beautifully presented and generously portioned. The vegetables retained a nice crunch, and the dish had a clean, balanced flavor that allowed the ingredients to shine without becoming overly heavy or salty.

• Lavender Boba Tea – Refreshing and unique. The lavender flavor was prominent without tasting perfumy, and the sweetness was restrained, allowing the floral notes to come through. Served ice cold, it was the perfect complement to the meal.

From the quality of the ingredients to the thoughtful preparation, every item we tried was enjoyable.

Would I return? Absolutely. There were several other dishes on the menu that caught my eye, and I would gladly come back to explore more of what Boulder Pho has to offer.“
