“You should come here. I’m a serious pho fiend (“pho phiend”?) and I have to say, this place is legit. Been here 20+ times since they arrived in town in 2018 or 19 (idk, pre-pandemic times), & they always have perfectly authentic broth (clean, clear & beautifully balanced), and kind, attentive service.I really dig their atmosphere, too. Vaulted ceilings, nice lighting, numerous TVs (if that’s your thing), modern, sanitary facilities, etc.Highly recommend this place for any occasion! Truly incredible cuisine, spectacular service, and delightful atmosphere ??“

“As part of a challenge to try every Vietnamese restaurant in the Boulder area, we have now ordered delivery and takeout a few times here. The pho is better than average for the area, and the banh mi are the best we have had so far in Boulder and surrounding. When we went in to grab our takeout order, the staff were very warm and friendly. The only slight miss was an order of crab and cheese wontons that arrived kind of undercooked and soggy, but it wasn’t bad enough to turn us off from ordering again the same week. lol. This is now probably our top spot in Boulder proper for Vietnamese cuisine.“

“Nothing getting mixed as excited food wise as this restaurant. Not to mention all the iconic restaurants disappearing from Boulder and yet this restaurant still stands on 28th St., after like 35 years. Go in and if you don’t almost lose control of yourself. Wow trying to grasp this 15 page menu of madness that spans across Eurasia then I would be impressed and mayo you a beer. They’re crispy duck legs keep me up at night. I don’t get the same thing every time or you’re really just not living life. Go to this restaurant every time and pick something different. Explore the culture.“

“I’m in town for a convention and looked for some pho with a good review. Found this place which was close to the hotel.I started to order via DoorDash but then just drove there and ordered in person. It wasn’t a long wait at all. There is also ample parking in the lot in the center. The staff was friendly and prepared the order quickly.I got the phò ga medium size. The taste was ok and the chicken pieces were a decent size. Some of the pieces were slightly overcooked. The add-ins were bagged separately. They were ok but the basil leaves were wilted and limp.I also got the spring rolls which tasted fine.I got the Vietnamese coffee which also tasted good.I would get another meal here next time I’m in town.“
