I stopped by Lotus Moon today for dinner, and honestly, it’s an underrated gem for plant-based Vietnamese food.
I had the Vegan Phở. The broth was so clean, flavorful, and packed with fresh veggies. It just felt super comforting and nourishing. I also grabbed a Lemongrass Tofu Banh Mi to go which made for an excellent next meal.
The service was incredibly friendly and warm, and the space itself has such a calm, clean vibe with really cool hanging lights....read full review
Excellent food and service! Eating at an all-vegan restaurant is just the best because I can get whatever I want and not have to worry about anything. Amazing flavor, I want to try everything on the menu over time. Cannot recommend the boba smoothie with soy milk and tapioca pearls enough!!!! The pho and banh mi with the lemongrass tofu were incredible too.
A last minute change of plans brought us here and we feel like we lucked out. We are already planning to come back.
