Awesome service, they all deserve a raise. They all handled a rude incompetent customer with patience and grace.
This is a very large Panera. I'm used to the Panera's in Fort Collins and Loveland and this branch is probably twice as large. It is immaculately neat and has a stunning view of the Flatirons mountains. It's the same Panera coffee drinks and food. Panera coffee is mediocre but it's self-serve with unlimited refills. The Wi-Fi seems slightly weaker than other Panera's I've been to. The bathroom has a coded lock that you have to ask for the combination. As always the $16/month sip...read full review

Panera Bread offers a delightful dining experience with a variety of vegetarian options and is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Customers have enjoyed menu items like the squash soup, capresse sandwich, and steak sandwiches. The management has even gone above and beyond to make up for any inconveniences. However, attention to cleanliness needs to be improved. The restaurant has locks and code entry in restrooms, but they were out of soap and toilet paper. Every table is dirty with crumbs on them, the floor, and around the fountains. The staff were quick to address the bathroom issues after it was brought to their attention. The ambiance is quite nice, with many different seating options and outlets available for work. The GM really cares about the customer experience and satisfaction.
