They gave us a green tea cake for free since it was our first time visiting. I also recommend the green tea cake (super moist and just the right sweetness). “Just picked up from this place and it was so good I had to write a review immediately. Real talk… I don’t even like pho that much, but I got the hot pho special with the brisket and I couldn’t stop eating it was so delicious! Broth is super flavorful and goes well with all the fresh veggies, lime, and herbs. My wife got the less spicy steak pho and she loved it! We just moved to the area and we will def be back to support this place.
Food was ready fast and customer service was on point, and I feel like the price point is more than fair for food this quality.

“Just found this gem of a place last week. Been there twice since the first time.… What I have tried has been on par with great Vietnamese joins I’m used to in Houston. Authentic, fresh and a great value. Combo noodle bowl is tasty and refreshing. Great grilled flavor on the meats. The Vietnamese egg rolls are a great app.- very tasty! Lunch special was good (I got the combo kung pow), but will stick to Chinese restaurants to order Chinese food, BUT will be getting pretty much all of my Vietnamese food from here from now on. Generous portion sizes (they don’t skimp on the meats) at a very reasonable price point. For me the icing on the cake was that they give great quality stuff for to-go orders (substantial to go containers, a quality cutlery set with high quality fork, knife and chopsticks). I’ve been in F&B for 25+ years and this is a tell tale sign that an establishment really cares. If in the Northgleen area, give them a try. (When i googled saigon basil, there a couple of places with the same name, the one I am speaking about is the one off of 104th and I-25.“
