“My first every Teryaki Madness order was PERFECT! The food was Great and the portions were worth every penny!! I tried the Large Spicy Orange Chicken Bowl with the 8oz side of Steak and everything was perfect. I was extremely impressed with the quality!! Can't wait to order again!!“

“Such a gem of a restaurant! The korean lady serving us was so sweet. We had questions regarding our dietary restrictions and she was so patient with us and explained everything thoroughly.
We like to avoid mirin/sake and cross contact with meat when eating sushi and she explained that they only use vinegar to season their rice and their meat and fish stations completely separate. 10/10 just for that!
We ordered-
1.Spicy tuna rolls- 10/10
2.Castle pines rolls- 10/10, this was so good!
If you are living in this area you must visit them or, like us, if you are just driving through Colorado on your way to see garden of the gods or something like that, you better stop and try it out!

“This is the best sushi I've ever had.

The market-price bluefin tuna was cut magnificently and extremely tender. The nigiri was garnished. The garnishes are so fragrant that you can taste them from smell as you put it in your mouth. The fried oysters were very refreshing. Toasted red bean sesame balls were served alongside our check and were an incredible finish. Our server was very friendly and funny.“

“This is probably the best sushi I’ve had in the Denver area. Also the dining area isn’t cluttered with TV’s and distractions which adds to the experience. They play a lot of pop music which threw me off but the food and service is top notch.“

My spouse and I dined in one night not realizing it was close to closing time, and they were hospitable, didn't rush us at all. We've been coming back ever since. My picture is only about half of the ramen they give. Large portions and well worth the price.“

“This is my favorite food place that I’ve visited since moving here to Denver. The ladies working here are very polite and helpful. The food tastes extremely delicious. I absolutely loved my chicken katsu bento as well as my miso soup and salad. Everything is flavorful, the food was prepared quickly to order, and at a very reasonable price. The atmosphere is extremely cozy, quaint and relaxing. Very quiet, calming place to enjoy a meal with a loved one. I highly recommend this establishment.“

“We go here so often that the amazing and incredibly friendly staff know us by name. Best sushi in 30-miles hands down. Their Thai menu is also outstanding…then their Chinese menu is great too!! The restaurant is immaculate and love the decor that they continue to add. We are SOO happy that Ito came to Castle Rock!! Our favorite dishes are beef drunken noodles, Panang chicken, and then all things sushi.“

“My wife, my son and I had dinner and it was great! We ordered Sushi Rolls, Vegan fried noodles, Kung Pao Shrimp and Hot & Sour Soup. The service was excellent because the waiter and the waitress keeps coming to check on us and ask if everything is okay. We were very impressed and to top it off, we met the owner - she was polite, smiling and very friendly. She asked us if everything was okay with our food. We would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone that likes Asian cuisine.“
