“First time we have ever been here but it was well worth it. We ordered one Salmon Pokebowl, and one Chicken Raman both were around 15 dollars. The pokebowl is build your own style with plenty of options. The Chicken Raman was one of the choices of the menu. We would definitely go back. It has a calm quiet vibe that was very relaxing.“

“I went to Teriyaki Madness and ordered the Chicken Teriyaki bowl as well as the Egg Rolls. The food was delicious and came out hot and fresh. I also want to mention that the cashier that helped me oiut, Maya, was amazing and helped me decide what I wanted and was kind throughout the entire process. 10/10 would visit again!“

“Such a gem of a restaurant! The korean lady serving us was so sweet. We had questions regarding our dietary restrictions and she was so patient with us and explained everything thoroughly.
We like to avoid mirin/sake and cross contact with meat when eating sushi and she explained that they only use vinegar to season their rice and their meat and fish stations completely separate. 10/10 just for that!
We ordered-
1.Spicy tuna rolls- 10/10
2.Castle pines rolls- 10/10, this was so good!
If you are living in this area you must visit them or, like us, if you are just driving through Colorado on your way to see garden of the gods or something like that, you better stop and try it out!

“To start I just want to say I rarely ever write reviews for anything. However the food is so good here I regularly tell all my friends. Currently This is a bit of an undiscovered gem. We have been here a number of times now and every time the food is super fresh and delicious. There are so many creative and different rolls than you would find elsewhere. It easily rivals other more well known sushi restaurants but with a much more laid back atmosphere. The staff is great at making suggestions and I don’t hesitate to try all kinds of new things every time I come. Be sure to check it out!!“

Our waitress always takes such wonderful care of my wife and me, and she’s just as attentive and welcoming when our extended family comes in—whether we’re dining together or separately. “We went to Fuji Hibachi for an early Father’s Day dinner with our 3 kids on Friday night. It was great! The food was delicious. We had sushi and food from the grill, appetizers and sake. “We had intended to try monks Indian, but they were closed so we came here instead. So glad we did. Very accommodating to my service dog and request for a half booth. I had the black dragon and hubby had the Philly. A large sake completed the home run. Everything was absolutely delicious and our server Wendy was a doll keeping drinks refilled and just the right amount of checking in. Would definitely recommend. As an aside we loved the music they were playing.“

I always get the mild chicken ramen and would eat the entire menu every visit if I could. The couple who works the front and the kitchen are the sweetest people. Food comes out very fast and is always very high quality for a reasonable price. Try out Sakura Bowl if you like delicious food!“

“We go here so often that the amazing and incredibly friendly staff know us by name. Best sushi in 30-miles hands down. Their Thai menu is also outstanding…then their Chinese menu is great too!! The restaurant is immaculate and love the decor that they continue to add. We are SOO happy that Ito came to Castle Rock!! Our favorite dishes are beef drunken noodles, Panang chicken, and then all things sushi.“

“My wife, my son and I had dinner and it was great! We ordered Sushi Rolls, Vegan fried noodles, Kung Pao Shrimp and Hot & Sour Soup. The service was excellent because the waiter and the waitress keeps coming to check on us and ask if everything is okay. We were very impressed and to top it off, we met the owner - she was polite, smiling and very friendly. She asked us if everything was okay with our food. We would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone that likes Asian cuisine.“
