My group thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Mugi. The poke bowls were delicious and tasted fresh. On top of the great food, we had the pleasure of having Min as our server. She was very attentive, kind, and timely. Even when there was a small rush, Min still made sure our food was out in a timely manner and with a smile. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!
This is a fast casual kind of place- I had a few different ramen bowls and they're fine. As a Korean who loves ramen noodles, I'd say these were on par for your Asian-American blended fast cas kind of place. Nothing particularly unique about the ramen bowls that would make me come back here vs. any other comparable place, other than the fact that it's closely located to my home.
Would like to see more variety in the menu, but I would return here for sure.
I have been a frequent flyer here since this location opened, and I am very sad that I moved away because this restaurant was such a staple for me ! I hope a boulder location is in the future!
