Oh wow is it delicious! This dish is made at some of Denver's top restaurants (Ex. Guard & Grace) and it's one of my all time favorite things to eat!!

“We used to drive locally to castle rock venue but I was referred to this location in highlands ranch and the entire check list was demonstrably superior The place was ten times nicer ambiance and tastefully decorated and modern. Above all a very clean and well kept restaurant We had a fantastic hibachi chef. We got a sudden birthday disco like lighting surprise for my wife. The food was immaculate for all concerned. Our party of 8 truly had a wonderful time We would all strongly recommend it“

“Good food at a good price. I ordered pickup and it was ready when I got there. Keep in mind that the large bowls are massive, bigger than I expected, so it's good if you want leftovers. Staff was super nice and as always I loved their noodles.“

“Sushi Mango is a must-visit for sushi lovers! We did the steamed gyoza dumplings and the tempura shrimp! Both were delicious!

The fish is incredibly fresh, and the portions are generous — you can really taste the quality in every bite. We tried several rolls, and each one was phenomenal:

Black Dragon Roll – Rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Hearty eel pieces!

Tempura Shrimp Roll – Perfectly crispy with a great balance of texture and taste. Loved this one because the sauce to roll ratio was great!

Rainbow Roll – Fresh slices of fish over a classic
California roll and colorful favorite done right.

Bronco Roll – Unique and packed with flavor — a definite standout! A little spicy and well balanced!

Lollipop roll - this one was the cucumber outside and no rice! Very yummy with a fun refreshing sauce! It was well balanced!

Sushi and sashimi are generous cuts and fresh! I appreciate their display of our order!

The quality, flavor, and portion size exceeded our expectations. Sushi Mango knows what they’re doing, and we’ll definitely be back!

“Such a gem of a restaurant! The korean lady serving us was so sweet. We had questions regarding our dietary restrictions and she was so patient with us and explained everything thoroughly.
We like to avoid mirin/sake and cross contact with meat when eating sushi and she explained that they only use vinegar to season their rice and their meat and fish stations completely separate. 10/10 just for that!
We ordered-
1.Spicy tuna rolls- 10/10
2.Castle pines rolls- 10/10, this was so good!
If you are living in this area you must visit them or, like us, if you are just driving through Colorado on your way to see garden of the gods or something like that, you better stop and try it out!

“To start I just want to say I rarely ever write reviews for anything. However the food is so good here I regularly tell all my friends. Currently This is a bit of an undiscovered gem. We have been here a number of times now and every time the food is super fresh and delicious. There are so many creative and different rolls than you would find elsewhere. It easily rivals other more well known sushi restaurants but with a much more laid back atmosphere. The staff is great at making suggestions and I don’t hesitate to try all kinds of new things every time I come. Be sure to check it out!!“

“We went to Fuji Hibachi for an early Father’s Day dinner with our 3 kids on Friday night. It was great! The food was delicious. We had sushi and food from the grill, appetizers and sake. “We had intended to try monks Indian, but they were closed so we came here instead. So glad we did. Very accommodating to my service dog and request for a half booth. I had the black dragon and hubby had the Philly. A large sake completed the home run. Everything was absolutely delicious and our server Wendy was a doll keeping drinks refilled and just the right amount of checking in. Would definitely recommend. As an aside we loved the music they were playing.“

“I’ve had ramen at places where there’s a line down the street no matter the hour of the day in other cities. This matches that level of quality and large portions, and I have no idea how this place isn’t constantly packed with a line down the road as well. Anything I get here is absolutely incredible. The sashimi is giant portions and melt in your mouth. Fatty tuna - holy crap good. First time I’ve had pepper tuna of that quality as well. Only complaint is spicy salmon is their base for almost every roll. I haven’t tried it yet as I’m not a spicy salmon fan, but honestly I’m sure it would change my mind if I tried it here. I wasn’t a fan of wasabi (actually hated it) but I tried one of their special dishes which used a dash of wasabi and it was incredible. This place is so darn good, it’ll convince you that the only reason you may not like something is because you haven’t had it made well before. Seriously. Shocked this isn’t an upscale downtown Denver place. I come here like every 2-3 days because it’s just so consistently top notch at a really good price.“

I always get the mild chicken ramen and would eat the entire menu every visit if I could. The couple who works the front and the kitchen are the sweetest people. Food comes out very fast and is always very high quality for a reasonable price. Try out Sakura Bowl if you like delicious food!“

“We went to The chicken spot next door and we love them but this time I wanted to switch it up. The fish and chicken are the same price but they wanted to upcharge me for switching chicken for Fish. That was weird to me when they are the same price. Anyways. We decided to come next door to this awesome place and WOW the service and food was AMAZING. I had the Alfredo Sizzling Bowl and it was definitely worth it. Idk what the issue is with the up charge for switching when its the same price. Id understand if if it was a more expensive item but it was the same price. Thanks to both places but that upcharge is crazy to me.“

“It has the most delicious Japanese food and most notably, great hospitality. If you're in Denver, this is the place to go for a delicious meal. Please call ahead for reservations. My friends rave about the food here. Don't forget to try the chocolate cake and pineapple flip cake. We will probably go back tonight because we loved it so much. I had the tofu steak and spicy garlic edema beans. Gyoza, paneo oysters, baby back ribs and teriyaki chicken. The sushi rolls were good too!“

It was not crowded and felt old school in the best way possible. I had Panang curry and Pad Thai and both were really good. “I can’t rave enough about this restaurant. I actually tend to order a rare steak pho at least once a week. I have tried about 6 other pho places around and nothing compares to H Pho’s broth. If I could eat it daily I would. Their pho, ramen, and spring rolls are just the best.“
