Black dragon roll was so good. All of their sushi is so tasty and fresh. Get the mango icecream. Just discovered this place and will definitely be back. Naomi was super great.

Sushi Mango in Highlands Ranch offers the best sushi around, with fresh artisan rolls that are a must-try. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make it a great spot for a casual lunch. The restaurant features a lovely outdoor dining area that creates a relaxing atmosphere, complete with hanging lights and a waterfall, perfect for unwinding in the busy strip mall. While the chicken teriyaki was a bit dry, the miso soup and sushi were excellent. Regulars feel welcomed every visit, enjoying dishes like the Crispy Tuna, West Coast Roll, and the popular surf n turf roll, all prepared to perfection. The chicken katsu and diver scallops have also impressed diners, along with the delicious mango mousse cake that many love. Although service can vary, the cold sake and unagi have been noted as excellent, while the shrimp fried rice adds a unique cheesy taste to the menu.
