Wish I could say this was a better experience, but unfortunately it wasn’t. The food was fine, and the restaurant itself was clean, but the service left a lot to be desired. I stopped by this location to pick up sandwiches for my kids. It was a last-minute decision, and while I did leave a tip, it wasn’t a large one. Amazing service. My family had more people show up for a Celebration of Life for a family member. The staff here went above and beyond helping in a flash to provide more sandwiches for everyone. Great service should always be recognized. This happened in early August. I hope this reaches their employer and they are recognized for their amazing compassion and help.
The skimpiest sandwich I’ve ever received from a Jimmy John’s location. It has the tiniest sprinkle of lettuce on it. We did not get what we paid for, and the employee was not friendly.
