Been disappointed with this shop. No Lettuce at all. I understand that there have been issues with Lettuce, but there was no sign to indicate that they had zero lettuce. Meat and bread only. No dressing on the sandwich (vito) and was dry.I walked into an empty store. No customers and no staff in view. I could hear someone talking in the back. Waited 2 mins for someone to even see that I had walked in. My order was ready, but the girl who appeared to be on a short break ended up...read full review
Jimmy John’s is a shining example of customer service - and this location absolutely stays true to that. I ordered on the app and I’m pretty sure my sandwich was delivered to my front door less than 20 minutes from when I placed the order…that’s freaky fast. This will be my go to location for awhile. Thank you all!

I took a picture of my order and noticed something was missing. I thought the sign was for the customer, but I guess it is to remind the employees. Good thing we didn't get it to go and got the pickle and enjoyed the outside tables on a nice day.
