I eat Panda regularly and love it. I think you get a lot of value for what you pay. They are chronically understaffed, but I can't hold them responsible for that. They maintain a friendly demeanor, and food quality doesn't suffer.
I ordered the shrimp dish for a small upcharge. When i got home, i saw that there were 6 small shrimp. It's really disappointing that Panda thinks that's a reasonable portion.

Have been going here for years, but hit or miss with consistency of service & having enough fresh food & long lines & quantity serve is sometimes a small scoop or right amount. Most times I regret going to this one & no management is ever to be seen.
