This location is unsanitary they don’t charge there gloves and don’t show they care for the food safety. Ester the Asian girl who cough over the food, She also continued to touch her hair and jewelry on her neck with the same gloves. It was slow at the time I went into this location. After getting home and eating my food the orange chicken was chewy like gum. I’m glade when I randomly decide to eat out my food is handled sanitary and safe.

Have been going here for years, but hit or miss with consistency of service & having enough fresh food & long lines & quantity serve is sometimes a small scoop or right amount. Most times I regret going to this one & no management is ever to be seen.

Terrible, they are never on time if you order ahead. I ordered my food online and scheduled a time to have it picked up. I got there 5 minutes after that time and they said there is no order under my name. It took them 15 minutes to finally put my order together. They need better employees.

Food poisoning 8/12/23. Barely even ate my meal but about 4 hours later i was bed ridden. It's now been 31 hours... considering urgent care. I had rice and orange chicken.

I’d been this place hundred times but my last visit I wasn’t happy less food and uncooked fried rice. I ordered Beijing beef and I had only 5pcs in my plate. A new guy who helped me hope he will train how the way they scoop the foods.

MANAGEMENT SUCKS the manager only care about online orders. Has no problem making blue collar worker wait so she can fill 3 online orders. We to have a time for lunch and to waste 20m is beyond me. On top of that 4 piece of orange chicken is okay with her to. need new managemen!

I eat Panda regularly and love it. I think you get a lot of value for what you pay. They are chronically understaffed, but I can't hold them responsible for that. They maintain a friendly demeanor, and food quality doesn't suffer.
