Nice and enjoyable meal. Sashimi was good, a bit dry.
This is probably the best sushi I’ve had in the Denver area. Also the dining area isn’t cluttered with TV’s and distractions which adds to the experience. They play a lot of pop music which threw me off but the food and service is top notch.
Good hibachi at a reasonable price and cool waiter

Enso Sushi & Grill offers a variety of Japanese dishes, including rich and well-presented sashimi, sushi, tempura, and teriyaki chicken. Located in the heart of Greenwood Village, the restaurant provides an inviting and comfortable atmosphere with a well-stocked bar. The fish served is unbelievably fresh and of high quality, with amazing sashimi salmon, very flavorful miso black cod, and seasonal cuts like Toro and King salmon. The menu features great variety, accommodating allergies with modifications and gluten-free soy sauce. The interior is clean and very comfortable, perfect for a meeting or a date. The staff is friendly and attentive, making great recommendations and contributing to a wonderful dining experience with delicious, fresh fish. Guests appreciate the unique appetizers and sushi rolls that can’t be found elsewhere, and many leave impressed by the taste of the food and the overall service. Even during busy times, the atmosphere remains relaxed, allowing for enjoyable conversations.
