I was a bit skeptical to eat at Enso, and almost went elsewhere but wow. I am SO GLAD we stuck with our plans. Please oh please look no further for amazing sushi than Enso. We were happy to have great help deciding on perfect dishes, a wine to pair, and appetizer, by an amazing server who guided us expertly to wonderful choices. I don't recall all the names but he first brought out yellowtail sashimi which was incredible-topped with crunchy goodness and a hint of hot. One of the rolls was a foxy lady, and the other one was topped with strawberry sauce. A third was rolled with cucumber- a perfect, light end to the meal. We ordered three rolls in all, plus the appetizer. It was only two of us and we left satisfied, leaving nothing on the plate. I can't wait to go back and enjoy more. Our server also suggested we come back for some of the dinner selections including habachi meals. I hope to visit really soon and will let everyone know Enso is where they need to go for incredibly fresh, innovative and delicious sushi.

The sushi was very good and fresh. The tempura udon was good but the tempura onion and tempura broccoli pieces were ok. Since I already had broccoli in the udon, wish they gave me a different tempura vegetable like a sweet potato. The onion didn't have much flavor and tasted raw. The portion was a decent size though. The service was good and the atmosphere was energetic.

I had been wanting to try this place for awhile. Unfortunately, their hours had changed and we missed them a couple of times.Since traffic was not bad, we took the other route back from the airport. Arriving about 1:30pm, I had to contend with a few other drivers and geese in the parking. The restaurant still had a few patrons from the lunch hour.They had a few different chef's special rolls that we found intriguing. We settled on the Bincho, Taco, Unagi, and Kanpachi Nigiri with Fantastic Roll (Tuna, salmon, mango, avocado & fried onion inside, mix green salad, topped withstrawberry sauce); Naruto Roll (yellowtail; cucumber wrapped with avocado & masa), Toro Trio (Yellowtail toro avocado and scalllion topped with toro of tuna and salmon and chef's special sauce). The Toro Trio was our favorite.There are a couple of more rolls that we are interested in trying so it seems another visit is warranted.
Fantastic sushi ? loved EVERYTHING we tried! So many unique flavors and special rolls. Fish was beautiful, fresh! Service outstanding. Loved the vibe and ambiance! We will definitely be back. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The fish is top notch (better than sushi in Japan). The hibachi is some of the best you will ever have. There is something for everyone and the service is top notch. We probably have eaten here upwards of 100

Attention to detail is important and presentation makes a huge difference. I came here for a quick lunch before client meeting. The $20 sashimi lunch meal was well prepared and presented. I felt so good that the meeting went very well too.
