“My daughter wrote on her school paper that Tokyo Joes a was her favorite restaurant when whe was in kindergarten (age 5). She just graduated high school (age 18) and we have continued to visit & enjoy on a regular basis. “I came in today after placing an online order. A friendly greeting met me at the door from the cashier, amazing start. This is the only meal I will have today. They were very kind to me and offered some soup, and this soup is amazing. It looks like the egg drop soup, and the flavor is amazing. A little bit of spice from chili flakes, some tofu squares, vegetables, and it was all delicious. The lower into the bowl I got, the more distinct certain flavors became, it felt like a different soup when I was nearing the bottom of the bowl. It's a starchy soup so it filled me as well. Now I'm able to save the chicken fried rice till this evening to have as a dinner. I wish I could do more like give this place a million dollars so it never closes, but because I can't do that, I want to make sure I leave a review and let you folks know this is the place to go. You've gained a loyal fan, and I know where to come back to get some amazing soup. It almost makes me look forward to getting a cold!“

“Best vegan in town!!! Everything I order on the menu is packed with flavor, crunchy-fresh vegetables, and vegan meat substitutes. However, it’s much better than that. Their flavors are not really imitating meat, they take the essence of the meat flavor and add or adjust it to better enhance natural tastes found in the rest of the dish. Most vegan places I’ve been to just imitate and then over season-sometimes severely. This place is truly revolutionizing how food can be extraordinary and vegan. Give it a go next time you are by Swedish Medical. It will not disappoint!“

“A group of very lovely people runs this place! I frequent this place often and every time I go, the food is exceptional and the employees are wonderful. They are some of the kindest people!! Highly recommend this place for a spot to go to for noodles & quiet. Their boba is also really good! Highly recommend their takoyaki. Thank you to the incredible people here!“

“love it!! food portion is family style & so generous, yummy service is even more amazing! so friendly and above and beyond. We happened upon the spot, but will be back!! We had the Korean chicken, chicken Katsu, tebboki & edemame for 4 lunch and going home w dinner for sure!!

“The food was good and the staff was friendly. Once we were seated, the food came out pretty quickly, which was nice.
The only downside was the wait to get a table. Even though the restaurant was about 70% empty when I arrived, it still took a while to be seated and the same thing happened to people who came in after me. I think the seating process could be a bit more efficient.
Overall, a good dining experience with room for improvement on the front-of-house flow.“

“Came here with some buddies for some food after the reptile show in Aurora. The food was pretty decent! I got the sweet and sour pork and the black bean noodles. The sweet and sour pork tasted a little under seasoned honestly but the black bean noodles were tasty! I would come back here again for the service because they are very nice and attentive. Their kimchi is pretty tasty too.“

“Great food and a lovely atmosphere! Most of our order came out quickly, and while the dumplings took a little longer, the wait was worth it for that handmade taste. The cucumber salad and dipping sauce were incredibly yumm. Plus, the servers were kind, attentive, our water glasses were never empty. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Clean, classy vibe and the best service I’ve had in a long time! The server was super attentive but not overbearing, extremely polite and is very good at what he does. The food was all great, teriyaki beef and honey walnut shrimp were the table favorites. We will be frequenting this!“
