Their flavors are not really imitating meat, they take the essence of the meat flavor and add or adjust it to better enhance natural tastes found in the rest of the dish. “My colleague and I had a great happy hour experience here while in town for a conference. The French Onion Soup Dumplings, The Pot Stickers, Pork Belly Bao Buns and cocktails were fantastic, the Edamame Dumplings and General Cho’s Soup Dumplings were good as well. We didn’t care for the Wagyu Beef Skewers but that’s just a personal preference. All in all a terrific late lunch, and we will absolutely be back! The staff was terrific and welcoming.“
