Jet Sushi is a fantastic sushi spot that I visit often. The fish is always fresh and excellent, and the guys who work there are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. The video wall is a fun touch, and kids absolutely love it. If you want to support a great local business on Colfax, give Jet Sushi a try. You won’t be disappointed.
