Actually EVERYTHING we ordered was DELICIOUS (chicken lo mein, chicken fried rice, vegetable egg rolls & complementary soups) but since egg rolls are the comparison I use when traveling, I want to share that hubby & I both agree they are THE BEST we have eaten among 6 states AND even authentic homemade by a former co-worker’s wife. “Wowee! I feel bad that I didn’t realize this was a full-service restaurant before ordering takeout, the atmosphere in this Bonchon is very sophisticated. For dinner, I ordered the Mixed wings and drums in the Spicy sauce and a side of the Korean street corn. Mind-shattering flavor and crunch! This is amazing chicken, fried to perfection. I usually have low expectations with anything just labeled as “spicy,” but it definitely brought the kick AND savory goodness! The street corn is fantastic, though I feel like a spicy option should be created and offered. Left more to be desired, but great regardless! I can’t wait to return here to dine in 🍴“

“Patio table gives a nice view of Sloan's lake. The umbrella blocked the afternoon sun. Pretty cool. With curiosity how these fusion dishes bring us. A few pleasant surprises, Crispy soft shell crab Bao Bun gives good texture and taste. Korean fried chicken sliders were delicious. Pork belly Bao Bun is tasty. Dumplings are okay.“

“A very mixed review: I ordered the Chashu ramen: porkbelly was perfect, beautifully cooked. Noodles were great chewy texture. However, broth was like drinking slightly salted water and was disappointing. All it had was some bean sprouts, some green onions, and a perfect cooked poached egg. Meh.

Service was great, looked like good teamwork in the kitchen. I smell like deep fryer oil though. This place really lost the essence of what ramen is, and not a single asian person in sight.“

“Best vegan in town!!! Everything I order on the menu is packed with flavor, crunchy-fresh vegetables, and vegan meat substitutes. However, it’s much better than that. Their flavors are not really imitating meat, they take the essence of the meat flavor and add or adjust it to better enhance natural tastes found in the rest of the dish. Most vegan places I’ve been to just imitate and then over season-sometimes severely. This place is truly revolutionizing how food can be extraordinary and vegan. Give it a go next time you are by Swedish Medical. It will not disappoint!“

“My colleague and I had a great happy hour experience here while in town for a conference. The French Onion Soup Dumplings, The Pot Stickers, Pork Belly Bao Buns and cocktails were fantastic, the Edamame Dumplings and General Cho’s Soup Dumplings were good as well. We didn’t care for the Wagyu Beef Skewers but that’s just a personal preference. All in all a terrific late lunch, and we will absolutely be back! The staff was terrific and welcoming.“
