Normally, I get the spicy chicken terryaki bowl, which comes with a choice of brown or white rice and vegetables. Whether I'm picking up or eating in, the service here is fast, and foods always hot. Yes, the dishes are smaller, and yes, it could be on the expensive side for some, but YES it is worth it!There were so many types of fish and seafood that I've never seen offered elsewhere like Barracuda! The bone marrow was so delicious, the unagi (eel) was UNBELIEVABLE. The cocktails pack a punch and are so beautiful and delicious.The server (I wish we could remember her name) was really efficient, moving so stealthily and quickly. She also answered a of our questions and made sure that our allergies were known. That way, our dessert was made so that we could both enjoy. We had the shortcake and it was delicious. The pastry chef also gets 5-stars!The sushi chef behind the bar where we sat was also pleasant and asked me how everything was. “I had such an amazing experience at this location. The food was amazing, but even better were the team members. Our service was on point. I would really like to thank the support team. We were politely greeted with smiles from both Rob and Autumn at the host stand. Our appetizers were delivered to us by Quinn, they said we were in for a treat with the chicken lettuce wraps and crispy green beans. A kind gentleman was bussing tables and noticed that my Husband’s drink was getting low and he offered to refill it for us, when he came back I asked what his name was, Alex! I told him how refreshing it is to see so many happy team member's at one location. But I can’t forget Haddon, he was the gentleman that delivered our entrees, and we had realized we had forgotten to order our favorite side, the spicy green beans, he assured us not to worry and that he would let our server know and bring them out as soon as they were done. “We have ordered dinner from 101 Asian Fusion about every couple weeks when we don't feel like making dinner. They have a wide variety of dishes you can choose from to satisfy just about any taste. We almost always order it for delivery as we live in the Cherry Creek neighborhood and they are just down the street. The delivery is always prompt and the food is always still hot. We always have leftovers which heats up nicely for lunch the next day. Give them a try. Remember to tip the driver as the delivery doesn't go through one of the services.“

The layout was nice - you order and pay at the counter (there was no option to tip which blew my mind, didn't have to sign anything or hit 15%, 18%, or 20% while someone is staring at you), and the food came out pretty quickly (maybe 10 minutes tops). The lady at the front was nice - I said I'm not great with spice so she recommended the Miso Happy and getting the chili oil on the side. The heat was perfect for me and the pork was super tender. In my opinion the noodles were too al dente. The mushrooms in the broth were super flavorful! Will definitely come back here (but won't be in the frequent rotation because hey ramen is expensive).
