“Best vegan in town!!! Everything I order on the menu is packed with flavor, crunchy-fresh vegetables, and vegan meat substitutes. However, it’s much better than that. Their flavors are not really imitating meat, they take the essence of the meat flavor and add or adjust it to better enhance natural tastes found in the rest of the dish. Most vegan places I’ve been to just imitate and then over season-sometimes severely. This place is truly revolutionizing how food can be extraordinary and vegan. Actually EVERYTHING we ordered was DELICIOUS (chicken lo mein, chicken fried rice, vegetable egg rolls & complementary soups) but since egg rolls are the comparison I use when traveling, I want to share that hubby & I both agree they are THE BEST we have eaten among 6 states AND even authentic homemade by a former co-worker’s wife. “Soooo good! I crave this place weekly! I saw bad reviews about the beef hot pot but I thought it was delicious! The beef is supposed to be cooked prior and dipped in their house sauce. The house sauce is perfect for dipping and all the veggies and add ons in the hot pot were great. I can barely finish it every time because there’s so much so it’s two meals for me. Their Thai hot pot is also one of the my favs and you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the owners are so sweet and accommodating. The French Onion Soup Dumplings, The Pot Stickers, Pork Belly Bao Buns and cocktails were fantastic, the Edamame Dumplings and General Cho’s Soup Dumplings were good as well. We didn’t care for the Wagyu Beef Skewers but that’s just a personal preference. All in all a terrific late lunch, and we will absolutely be back! The staff was terrific and welcoming.“
