The best sushi I’ve had in Colorado so far that’s not crazy expensive / like downtown Denver. This is my go too for sushi and the lunch bento boxes are very generous. Top quality!
Edo Higan never disappoints. We have been enjoying sushi here since they opened, and I still look forward to eating here again!
The A5 wagyu with spices that you cook on a hot stone is amazing! Ask about the Kobe beef nigiri (it’s not on the menu). The sushi is always fresh.
