I had the chance to stop by today and was genuinely impressed! The food was outstanding—every dish was perfectly seasoned and served piping hot. But what stood out the most was the incredible hospitality, from the friendly, welcoming owner to the attentive and super quick staff. Great food and a wonderful experience overall. Definitely a 10/10!
Great rice plates, banh mi, and the steak/brisket pho was solid. Prices are low-standard for entrees, a little high for appetizers. Good thai tea, but it's on the extra-sweet side imo.

Pho Minh Havana is a cozy and comfy restaurant with consistently good food and service. There are many options for food, including Asian fusion appetizers, entrees, a Bahn mi and Biba station, and it's all pretty good. The raw beef pho, spicy beef pho, grilled chicken roll, cheese wontons, crab cheese wontons, and iced coffee are mentioned. The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean. Service is friendly and quick. Portion sizes are really big, so it's best not to get too much. The price point is good. It is a terrific mom and pop dining experience.
