The combination plate was great and I usually don’t order these. 12/10 highly recommend! I wish I took a picture because it looked amazing too. I will be back!
I wish I could give more stars!! Great service, great food and the place is beautiful. I highly recommend.
My go to place for a great bowl of vermicelli noodles! Everyone who works here is so nice and accommodating.

Pho Minh Havana is a cozy and comfy restaurant with consistently good food and service. There are many options for food, including Asian fusion appetizers, entrees, a Bahn mi and Biba station, and it's all pretty good. The raw beef pho, spicy beef pho, grilled chicken roll, cheese wontons, crab cheese wontons, and iced coffee are mentioned. The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean. Service is friendly and quick. Portion sizes are really big, so it's best not to get too much. The price point is good. It is a terrific mom and pop dining experience.
