“This place is under new ownership, and while it was always good, the new owners have taken it to the next level. It’s now GREAT. My 8-year-old daughter is obsessed! She loves the new decor, the cool anime playing on the TVs, and the fact that they don’t close at 3pm anymore 🙌 Huge shoutout to our server Jessica who absolutely elevated the vibes and made the experience even better. Stopped by Fuyu Sushi after our softball game and had a fantastic experience. The service was incredibly fast, and our food came out lightning quick without sacrificing quality.

The fish was exceptionally fresh, and the smoked salmon was hands down the best I've had anywhere in Colorado. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the staff kept things moving efficiently even during a busy time.

“We got Spicy Tatsu and Tan Tan Ramen, gyoza, and a California Roll. The Tatsu is exceptional and I guzzled about all of the broth down. It has chasu (pork belly) and chicken, bamboo strips, marinated egg, bok choy, and seaweed. The Tan Tan has a spicy peanut broth with ground chicken. We’ve had the Tonkatsu and Miso on other occasions and I recall liking all of them. The restaurant is pleasant and staff is attentive and kind. They often have sporting events on their three TVs, so we got to watch some World Cup this evening, which was great.“

“The food has a homemade flavor that you don't really get from other places. I got the Chicken Katsu Don and you could tell it was hand prepped and made. The slightly sweet sauce paired nicely with the otherwise savory dish. I also tried the Karage and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was.

There is only 1 thing that keeps this away from 5 stars and thar is the Boba. I got the strawberry one and it was a bit too strong. Having almost a perfume flavor to it. But I also tried the normal milk tea and that was delicious, better than some milk tea specific places I have been too.“

“So good!!! Cute little place on Colfax - recommend parking on a side street and walking over due to construction. They have numerous vegetarian ramen dishes. I had the spicy version and it was incredibly delicious and a huge portion. Staff were nice and the service was quick. I shall return!“

“Excellent ramen and poke bowls. Fresh ingredients, unique and flavorful ramen broth, and a great variety of options. They don't skimp on the meat either. My spouse and I dined in one night not realizing it was close to closing time, and they were hospitable, didn't rush us at all. We've been coming back ever since. My picture is only about half of the ramen they give. Large portions and well worth the price.“
