Our favorite food truck! We had another delicious dinner from Ninja Ramen. Hiro and Midori bring the yummy magic as always! Love the ramen of course, and we always love to try all the snacks: edememe, gyoza, shrimp, karaage. Yum!

Ninja Ramen Mobile is a food truck that serves truly very tasty, well‑crafted meals. The truck also serves amazing hot green tea. It is super friendly and impeccably clean, and the owner just returned from Japan, giving a Japanese candy to a customer’s son. The menu includes the best ramen ever had, a Katsu Sandwich that is unbelievably delicious, and a Tangerine Cream from Station 26. Customers praise the food and service as nothing but exceptional and note the genuine joy of the staff. The truck moves each week; it is at Zuni’s Brewing on Zuni Street every other Tuesday (from Feb 17) and posts its weekly schedule on Instagram every Monday. It can also be found at 32nd and Blake, just north of downtown Denver, and is no longer at the 39th St. location. Diners enjoy the small hole in the wall dining area, alkaline water, and the difference in water softness compared to Japan, which helps the noodles stay just right. The owner, host, and cook explain these details and share a smile with every customer. Many guests say they love it and want to eat it everyday.
