So full transparency the only reason I didn't give Vollmer's 5 stars is because of how hard it was to get a hold of them. (And honestly I almost dropped the score down to a 3 because of it) I have read all over online how Vollmer's is the best cheesecake in Denver, and this is the second year in a row that I reached out to them to try and get a cheesecake for my fiancé for his birthday (it's his fav!).
