“We went there after a post on FB. I had the spicy tonkotsu ramen and my son had black garlic tonkotsu ramen. Both dishes were amazing. Broth was flavorful and tasty. I did notice that they served rolls, however we did not have any this time round. Service was quick and friendly. Atmosphere was beautiful. Whomever designed it was very intentional and thoughtful of the look/feel of the restaurant. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to have ramen.“

“The food was warm and well presented. The service was very good. I didn’t see a vegan option on the menu so I asked. He figured out a good option for me. The food was good but it didn’t make me say “wow, that was awesome!” I really liked the atmosphere. I always like to check out the bathroom. If it’s not clean, I wonder if the kitchen is. It was clean and nicely decorated. The only observation was that the music was playing at a volume that made it difficult to talk. It’s a nice neighborhood restaurant. I would recommend everyone giving it a try.“

“Tried Osae for the first time last night. Our server was great, he had lots of recommendations for us & made our first visit very enjoyable. Really enjoyed all the food we ordered. The girl in back came to check on us a few times as well & was very sweet. Overall 10/10 customer service & will be back.“

“We eat here at least twice a month. Their food is so fresh, the service is over the top! Don't let the name fool you, aside from the best sushi in town they offer so much more! I love their salmon teriyaki and my husband loves their tempura shrimp. We generally get bento boxes at lunch. Did I mention the lychee martini?? Five stars!!!“

“Gotten it several times. Sometimes just definitely get a craving for it. The quality seems to vary a bit at times. But never bad. Either good or great food. Would definitely recommend the BBQ Beef, BBQ Chicken, and the Chicken Katsu. I'm not always a fan of mac salad, I even know someone who doesn't usually like mac salad. But we both like theirs. Personally wouldn't recommend the Aloha Fire Chicken Plate, not much flavor and what flavor I tasted wasn't good. At least when I tried it. Would definitely recommend the place though.“

We normally drive to Denver for this, and it's so nice to be able to support local here in the springs! The owner has great customer service and she's very personable! Great work ethic and it shows. If you're curious definitely take that leap, and help support local and tell all your friends! Definitely worth it!“
