“We went to 503w for the first time Friday evening. We had a party of seven and they worked to get us seated immediately. After a couple of minutes we were greeted by our server, “Ariel.” She was fantastic. She knew the menu well and made some great recommendations for us to try. Everything we had was simply amazing. From the short ribs to the Saigon French dip we were just blown away by the flavors. The calamari appetizer was great too. Then came the desserts. Ariel said they were life changing and she was right. We were visiting from Texas and cannot wait to come back in the future. Keep doing what you do. It is working.”

All the homemade salsas, consommé is exactly as it should be. The broth for the Caldo Rez.. i could drink alone.

The food was served super hot and promptly. I feel the two plus a drink were priced at a point where I would consider returning when in the area.

Vegetarian options: Anything can be made without meat; however, I assume there may be cross-action in the kitchen, so don't think everyting is separate.

Dietary restrictions: Ask for what you want and remember that all food is stored and cooked in the same area.”

“IHOP is just a breakfast place to some, but it is so much more than that. Nothing will ever compare to when you get that late-night craving and eat pancakes anytime. However, this specific IHOP holds a special place in my heart. We would come here after every dance from 8th grade up. This IHOP has met more of my high school boyfriends than my parents. Whether it was after a Halloween dance dressed up like Harley Quinn, after homecoming when I could barely walk, or even after prom in a ridiculously massive dress. Nothing will compare to piling in an unhealthy amount of kids and ordering hashbrowns because that's all we could afford. IHOP will always hold so many good and bad memories, but always amazing chocolate chip pancakes.”

“I ordered takeout from my hotel and arrived a little early. The young man waiting tables promptly checked on my order and informed me that it would be a little while. Every time he retuned to the kitchen from one of his tables, he checked my order and updated me. When the order was ready, a young lady brought it out, opened all the containers to show me the food and condiments/plastic ware. That's old school service, and it's appreciated. Great service, great food, great location!”

We have been here a few times now and every single time it has been great. The food and service are consistently good. Every server we have had was amazing. I used to work in restaurant industry for years so I notice the little things. I love to see multiple managers on the floor talking to customers, refilling drinks, running food. One server I have to point out is Jennifer, she’s never actually been our server but always remembers us, specifically my daughter who was having a meltdown one day and she offered to bring her a bowl of fruit. And we weren’t even in her section. Great service, thank you!”

“Rocha's is a darling hidden gem I discovered through a Google Maps search for local restaurants in Colorado Springs. Located directly across from a McDonald's in an unassuming building, Rocha's delivers on their promise of delivering fast Mexican food.

Upon entering, I was welcomed by a nice little group of patrons/ employees. Looking at the expansive menu, I decided to order the Carne Asada burrito, which came to $9.50. The burrito includes grilled steak, guacamole and pico de gallo. Service was swift and took less than 3 minutes, from ordering to receiving my food.

The first thing I noticed is that the burrito is absolutely massive! The first bite was exceptional; the steak was cooked perfectly and there was plenty of meat to chew on. You can taste the charring from the grill, which was pleasant. The guacamole and pico de gallo combo adds much needed citrus flavor to complement the seasoned steak. The red sauce they offer on the side is spicy but not overbearing. Every successive bite was better than the one before.

Overall, this was a delightfully surprising last minute drop in. It's very difficult being in a new city, trying to find his places to eat. Rocha's has now been added to my list of destinations for wonderful, authentic fast food restaurants. With an expansive menu, fast and friendly service and delicious food, you should give Rocha's a visit. You'll be glad you did. They get 5 stars, earned with gusto!

Vegetarian options: Meat is the name of the game at Rocha's. Veggie heads beware.

Kid-friendliness: Kids can feel welcome, should you choose to dine in.

Service was attentive and friendly. Only issue was the asian station noodle soup and egg tasting like water and now flavor. Once again, everything else at brunch was fantastic.

Atmosphere, it's the Broadmoor. High expectations were met.

Don't recommend eating there every weekend ro burn a hole in your pocket, but for sepcial occasions definitely worth it.”

Original historic photos and paintings of the Western Art Collection. The restaurants are also top-notch. We tried Ristorante del Lago and Summit for dinner along with Lake Terrace Dining Room for the buffet breakfast.

“WOW!!! Another One Of Our "GO-TO" Restaurants This restaurant has become one of our "GO-TO" restaurants when we come to or go through Colorado Springs. It is very conveniently located in the newer area on the north end of Colorado Springs. The food is fabulous and the menu feature of 1/2 sandwich and soup is just right for a light meal. The Monte Cristo sandwich is done perfectly!!! The chicken tender salad is always a favorite of my wife. Marie was on duty that evening - Leadship On Duty!!! Marie came by our table several times and when I see the leadership working the crowd it speaks volumes for the entire operation. Kirsti took care of our table and she frequently came by to make sure the food and service met our satisfaction. WOW!!! A super nice evening with great food, great service, and attention to detail. “Too many coffee shops in the Springs to tolerate poor business practices. Your employees, including your manager, do not know how to make the box of Joe or do a refund? If that is in fact, true, it should be taken off the menu as you are setting your employees up for failure. Only one employee working Saturday at 9. The owner said I should have be tolerant because they are a small family business. Wow. Just shocked at his approach and this validated my opinion of a poorly executed business plan. I am very surprised you are still in business. You might want to invest in a real point of cell platform. If you have to go into the backend to do a refund that leaves you employees in a bind. Some additional training on customer service might be impactful as well. Some advice… Employees should not greet people when they walk in with… You’re just gonna have to wait. All of these. People are in front of you. That has the potential to make a customer who spent $57 online for your coffee. When you couldn’t produce, I requested a refund and was told by your employee that she doesn’t know how to do the refunds either. And then, I was told by the manager you had to go in on the back-end to get a refund. That’s ridiculous. At least invest in Square if you aren’t going to train your employees.”

“We sat in a corner booth. The decor is beautiful, although I do wonder how they clean those giant chandeliers in the dinner room. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars to the atmosphere is because the place seemed really dusty, and the wax figures upstairs are falling apart, and the game room is outdated. Otherwise, the staff was polite. The food was delicious, especially the salad bar, and the theme seemed fun.

“Love this place so much! I’m not usually a fan of chain restaurants but my favorite thing about this place is the fact that they source locally as much as they can. We have been here a few times now and every single time it has been great. The food and service are consistently good. Every server we have had was amazing. I used to work in restaurant industry for years so I notice the little things. I love to see multiple managers on the floor talking to customers, refilling drinks, running food. One server I have to point out is Jennifer, she’s never actually been our server but always remembers us, specifically my daughter who was having a meltdown one day and she offered to bring her a bowl of fruit. And we weren’t even in her section. Great service, thank you!”
