“We had a late lunch after spending the morning going to Pike’s Peak on the Cog Train. We were going to have lunch in Manitou Springs but they had a water outage due to a break in the line that impacted restaurants. So we found this highly rated brewery that is also known for their smash burgers and decided to give it a try. The beer was very good and smash burgers were great. The patties are freshly rolled daily and you could taste the difference. Very nice place for a brew and buger.“

“When we travel, we look for local breweries, and especially veteran owned ones! This fit the bill on both! Had a great time, met Navy and Air Force vets, and a Space Force contractor. Hubby enjoyed the Forest Blonde, and I enjoyed the Bavarian Nights and Raspberry Trip. The sausages were amazing and the service was spot on. Small place, but just right for the afternoon!“

“The vibe of this place is great. We are out-of-towners looking for a local, less touristy vibe and this place was PERFECT. Very friendly staff. Obvious “regulars”, but we felt right at home. The beer is good! I enjoyed my hazy IPA and my husband his Mexican Lager. Would definitely revisit. We didn’t eat, so I can’t say much on the food but I kind of wish we were hungry enough to. The menu was unexpected and intriguing. The only “down” side is that it is super dark and definitely a bar vibe vs. a brewery. If I had young kids, I wouldn’t bring them here. Lucky for me, I don’t! There is some seating outside.“

The menu on the tv screen rotated a bit too fast for me to ponder the menu, my only knock on the atmodphere...however, the bartender was able to provide a descriptive conversation that helped my beverage decision.“

“All the bartenders are awesome and friendly and you can tell the owners love making beer. They always have different events going on and music nights. Really involved in their community and you can tell they are a real tight knit group of friends and family.“
